I am obsessed with El Pueblito. I love their chicken street tacos. Their chips and salsa are super delicious. I come here whenever I get the chance. This place is always packed during dinner time and on the weekends. Service is perfect with friendly servers. The ambiance is warm and cozy. It's a small but authentic restaurant with quality Mexican food. I don't drink much, but this is a beloved happy hour location too with coworkers. I probably shouldn't spread the word because it gets crowded as it is, but this place deserves the love!!! I've been a customer now almost a decade, which is wild to me.

We've been going to this family owned spot for years and we adore it so much! I always get the beef fajita tacos and I love how spicy the hot sauce is. The mural is super dope as well and adds a nice touch to this inside. The service is always so good too :)

The place was packed when I came here for take out. Tried a taco and blanco dinner. Both were ok. Asked for their spicy salsa to go but got mild I think. Also ordered fries but they gave me rice, which I won't go back for the fries. Overall it's ok.

Salsa verde enchiladas and corn beef tacos

The food is delicious me and my sister have been trying to find good Latin food in the metroplex and the prices are very good. Comes with free, fresh chips and Salsa. They have a lunch special everyday until 3pm. I've had 2 servers so far and they are attentive and friendly. The food comes out no later than 10 minutes from ordering. The ambiance is a comfort food spot. It's not too big , not too small.

Beef fajitas! This was so so good! I will be back! You must try this place - it's amazing!

The food was amazing, service was very friendly and it was packed with people waiting to get seated for lunch. I will be back! Amazing food and very clean.

Beef fajitas were the star of the show. The Sopaipilla was a little hard and crunchy. Our fajitas tasted fresh and the salsa was delicious and spicy!

Awesome food. This was a great find in an area we were unfamiliar with. Service was good but the food was delicious!

Do you take reservations for large parties?

The restaurant space is really small, so while they can accommodate parties larger than 6, it is not large enough, or staffed enough to handle any parties larger than 12. Even 12 is pushing it.

We were very pleasantly surprised. It's even better in my opinion. The people are very warm and friendly. The food is really delicious. I love that they bring not only good salsa with their fresh hot chips, but also a tomatillo sauce and a black bean dip. We've now eaten there several times. The taco meat has a nicely charred flavor. The tamales were very good. (I'm picky about my tamales. I've tried their ranchero sauce, chili con carne, and sour cream sauce. None of them disappoint. Their rice isn't dry like it is at many other Tex-Mex places. And their $5.00 all day frozen margaritas are worth it. We usually go for the lunch specials that run until 4:00. They don't have mole on the menu, yet. I'm looking forward to their future specials. In this day and age where it's hard to keep a restaurant open, I really hope this one survives. It's not fancy, but the food and service make it worth it. And I'm a picky person when it comes to spending money on food I don't make myself.

I ordered the nachos with carne asada. They came on a huge platter with dollops of guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo in the middle. The carne asada was diced small and cooked to perfection...crispy outside and tender inside with not a bit of fat or gristle. They were so good I couldn't stop! I planned on taking half with me but ended up eating practically the whole platter. Their iced tea is freshly brewed and is also delicious. I'll be back soon to try some of their other dishes. Tacos, Tacos, Tacos…read more... How do I love thee... let me count the ways.... I love you with fajita steak, shredded chicken... al pastor, and with shrimp... Being Mexican, having had an unhealthy share of street tacos in Mexico... I'll tell you that it doesn't matter if you like it or not. This is one of the closest taco spots in the area to hit close. I mean this in the most sincere way possible... If you are wanting tacos from a place where a kid from a Chick-Fil-A store or commercial is taking your order, and all of the food choices are combination of about a dozen ingredients slopped together by someone who seriously thought a GED was "Good Enough" by the company behind Pepsi (cough Taco Bell) then this place isn't for you. I like my steak where the recipe to the chicken, pork, and steak isn't "cut bag open and place in warming bin idiot". All jokes aside this place is pretty legit. It's authentic enough where I'm pretty sure I was the only native English speaking person there, including the customers. But not so authentic that there was a cows head in a pot. This place has twisted my arm for all of my Taco money. While you transparent folk are going after the latest version of the Doritos Locos Tacos that's largely corn and recycled Chinese newspaper I'll be here.
