Easy painless process for young adults with no established credit or people with bad credit!

I am really really disappointed that I have to update my original review from this dealership. I…read morewas really excited in thinking I had finally found a trust worthy dealership but that is definitely not my experience now. When my husband had flown to this dealership to pick up the car he noticed the back seatbelt had been chewed through. This was odd to me that it was never disclosed especially because i was told multiple time this car had gone through a "200 point inspection". The dealership gave us some money back to replace the seat belt but only after my husband noticed. Once we got the vehicle back home we noticed it had a VERY obvious oil leak (see photos). Something that could NOT have been missed in an inspection. The transmission fluid also needed to be replaced along with the engine air filter. All things that should have been caught in a 200 point inspection right? The transmission fluid change was an $800 bill. We've also been called multiple times by this dealership asking where to send paperwork such as tax payment and title for our deal as if we would know more than a dealership? We were also hit with another $600 registration bill two weeks after which is understandable if we were told about this before hand and not already been bled dry from this whole ordeal. I called and expressed our difficulties with Doug our finance manager and was hit with "well it's a used car" and "everyone is expected to pay registration". They don't care to make things right on a vehicle that they sold that had OBVIOUS issues.

5-Star Review for Tristin Munsinger at Vista Toyota Sales in Wyoming:…read more I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Tristin Munsinger at Vista Toyota in Wyoming. From my very first inquiry, Tristin went above and beyond to help me assess and understand everything about the 2019 Toyota Tacoma I was interested in. I wasn't local and was actually 17 hours away from being able to see the truck in person, but that didn't stop him from providing incredible support. Tristin recorded at least five detailed videos of the truck, including one while it was on the lift. He carefully walked through each aspect of the vehicle, taking his time to explain what he was seeing and the video was super clear. He even pointed out small imperfections to make sure I had a complete and honest picture of the vehicle. I truly appreciated the thoroughness and transparency especially because of not being to be there, it's easier to coat things over... not once did I get the sense that he was doing that. I sent the videos to my mechanic and several others, they commented on how thorough Tristen was and just as important, how accurate he was. I had specific questions about how the truck handled with larger tires and the many enhancements it had, and Tristin didn't just offer general responses. He took the truck on the highway, tested it with the windows up and down, listened for any unusual sounds, and even tested the 4WD functionality with me on the phone. His knowledge about the upgrades and how they compared to other trucks in its class was impressive. I felt like I received a truly comprehensive assessment. Communication was also a strong point. Tristin stayed in touch through text, email, and phone, even during a very busy time at the dealership due to the start of tariff changes. Despite the hustle and bustle, I never felt rushed or like an afterthought. He made sure I had all the information I needed and that I felt confident throughout the process. I bought the truck, mainly because of how Tristen communicated with me and his expertise. If you're considering a vehicle from Vista Toyota, I highly recommend connecting with Tristin. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication made this one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I've ever had. MMK

Today was another event in that routine, however something's happened that could have been unfortunate. Not with Vista, Duane the Service Manager demonstrated that Vista Toyota is GOOD TO ITS WORD!! This is the place to go for service on you vehicle or should you want to buy a vehicle. There are not enough stars on the rating scale to measure them!
