I am really really disappointed that I have to update my original review from this dealership. I was really excited in thinking I had finally found a trust worthy dealership but that is definitely not my experience now. When my husband had flown to this dealership to pick up the car he noticed the back seatbelt had been chewed through. This was odd to me that it was never disclosed especially because i was told multiple time this car had gone through a "200 point inspection". The dealership gave us some money back to replace the seat belt but only after my husband noticed. Once we got the vehicle back home we noticed it had a VERY obvious oil leak (see photos). Something that could NOT have been missed in an inspection. The transmission fluid also needed to be replaced along with the engine air filter. All things that should have been caught in a 200 point inspection right? The transmission fluid change was an $800 bill. We've also been called multiple times by this dealership asking where to send paperwork such as tax payment and title for our deal as if we would know more than a dealership? We were also hit with another $600 registration bill two weeks after which is understandable if we were told about this before hand and not already been bled dry from this whole ordeal. I called and expressed our difficulties with Doug our finance manager and was hit with "well it's a used car" and "everyone is expected to pay registration". They don't care to make things right on a vehicle that they sold that had OBVIOUS issues. read more

Service Department scheduling. Recently bought a car there and had a tire leaking. Stopped by to ask if they could look at it. They said no but would schedule me in a couple days later. I said, the tire is leaking and I could leave it for the day they said no. I said I bought the car there a few months prior and they still said they would not look at it today. So I took it somewhere else and paid for it to be repaired. I then wrote a note to the dealership explaining what transpired and said if that is the best way they will work with a customer, I will find a new one. They in turn contacted me directly. I told the representative on the phone the same thing that I bought the car locally to get customer service and they failed. I then told him I need to get a better dealership if that means trading in my car. The person responded on the phone said ok and that was the dealership's answer. Buyer beware. read more

We were traveling through Casper Wyoming with our 2024 GMC Denali ultimate it broke down in the middle of the road. The dealer offered no assistance in finding a tow truck or a rental car. We had three dogs with us was 100° outside I can't explain the disappointment, in the way we were treated throughout the entire process, including trying to get reimbursement for a rental car and towing from General Motors. I will never buy another GM product ever not because it broke down but because of everything surrounding the breakdown, the service in CASPER was deplorable. read more

Absolute worst car dealership I have dealt with. My 2023 GMC is in for a valve body but they "don't know how long it will be until the part comes in" could be 3 weeks, could be 3 months! They don't have loaner vehicles so I get to rent a car, but not just any car, it must be a GM vehicle or they won't pay for it, tried calling the 1-800 number and have been on hold for 51 minutes, last damn GMC I'll ever own, DO BETTER! Save your money people, buy a FORD! read more

Had major issues with my 2021 Yukon XL Denali the last is the mechanical issues requiring over 3 consecutive months of the vehicle being in service. Picked up the vehicle, no apologies that the vehicle was a lemon, the car was filthy from being 'serviced.' No loaner was available, since one of the two is perpetually in the shop, and I required a rental for the 3 months which GM covered only 20%. Lousy product, lousy customer service, lousy dealer, lousy company. read more

Very disappointed with service depart. Took my 2016 Buick Encore in for a oil change & servicing. I purchased it new from this dealership. Car was in excellent condition, on had 22k miles on it, always garaged & cared for. Have only taken it to this dealership for any servicing since purchase. Never had a problem with it-. A few days after oil change discovered oil leaking out under it. Took it back & was told my oil pan had cracks & would have to be replaced. Suspect they damaged it during oil change but they wouldn't admit it. Very expensive & took a week to repair. Then a few days after the oil pan repair discovered more oil leaking out under it. Took it back. Was told the the gaskets & O-ring on transfer case were now damage & had to be replaced. That took 16 days to get repaired because parts had to be ordered. They did give me a small discount off of repair price but it was still expensive. My car was tied up for 7 weeks for all of this. Also never could reach them by phone or have my messages returned. Always had to drive out there to get help. Not a good way to treat a loyal longtime customer of Casper, WY. read more

Dishonest business. Casper GMC took advantage of our family when our car broke down on our vacation heading from Colorado to Yellowstone. New motor required but they said it would be up to a YEAR to get a replacement motor from GM (motor under warranty). I was thus forced to buy a new car from them. They actually were shipped a new motor 2 weeks after I bought a new car from them. They refused to make good on the trade and my lawyer feels it could be fraudulent behavior. BUYER BEWARE. This dealer is disorganized, has horrible customer service and will take advantage of you. Go elsewhere. read more

We purchased a 2024 Cadillac. Driving home in the wind it steered hard. Drove the next day and it veers to the right off the road. We made an appointment to go back to Casper the following week. They recalibrated the steering. Drove home in the wind again. Next day, car still veers to the right. We made another apt in Casper the following week. Service department worked on it and said it was fixed. We left the lot and car was still the same. We returned to the lot and took the service manager for a drive. He agreed it wasn't correct. He wanted to keep the car to fix it. We asked the general manager for our money and our car we traded in back. He said no, that isn't how it works. He wouldn't be able to resell the Cadillac as a new car. He said he didn't know we were having problems, although we sat near his desk for a few hours the week before while they were working on the car. They kept the Cadillac and sent us with a loaner. After numerous calls to Casper GMC, as they never contacted us, it was determined the car was not fixable. At that time they requested we return the loan vehicle. They said GM would buy our car back. The Cadillac sat on their lot for sixteen weeks while we waited for The issue to be cleared up. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Casper GMC did not communicate with us during this process unless we called and often weren't available to take our calls. They need lessons in customer service! read more

So, I'm driving up I25 & my wipers stop working on my new 2019 GMC Terrain. I'm kinda freaking out, so I run by Casper GMC. Rick meets me & takes a look. I'm thinking there's something wrong with the car. He grabs the wiper & it snaps free. It was due to tree sap! He was nice enough not to laugh at me. Thank you Casper GMC! My 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, while still covered by GM's Factory Power Train Warranty, had two frayed injector wire connectors that were repaired/replaced by GM Authorized dealers using Genuine GM Parts (that come a one-year warranty). A couple months later I pulled into Casper Buick GMC Cadillac ("CASPER GMC") and was told that 2 injectors had failed but they would be covered 100% by my warranty. Therefore, I approved the work. Later when I went to pick up my truck they told me it would not be covered by warranty and that I needed to personally pay them $2,231.04 or they would not give me my keys or release my truck to me. For two months since then, I've made repeated unsuccessful attempts to get a satisfactory resolution and have experienced: (i) repeated broken promises from Matt Harvey, of CASPER GMC and from and Jay from GM Customer Care ("GM") to get back to me; (ii) CASPER GMC's and GM's willful disregard of the promises made to owners like me in GM's Factory Power Train Warranty; (iii) CASPER GMC's repeated and unwarranted refusal to file my warranty claim with GM, despite the fact that my truck is still under GM Factory Warranty for both the injectors (GM Factory Power Train Warranty), and the connector wires (GM Genuine Parts Warranty); and (iv) I was told by Jay at GM Customer Care that if I sought guidance from my attorney, even if such guidance did not include my filing suit, he would no longer be able to speak with me about this issue. (v) I was told by Casper GMC to contact GM Customer Care and was told by GM Customer Care to contact Casper GMC. Casper GMC and GM Customer Care do a good job of watching each other's back but totally ignore the backs of customers like me. If this sounds like fun to you, please go straight to Casper GMC and buy a truck. Yuk! read more

Wow!!!!. Amazed by Casper Buick Cadillac GMC!! No joke, from the time I pulled in the lot to look, till I rolled away, I was treated like a VIP at a new place for me. Wes Holman greeted me in the parking lot with a huge smile and a no pressure helping attitude. I told him the truck I liked and within minutes they had my Keys in hand and a greet and meet with sales manger Matt Harvey. During my test drive I had a personal tutorial of the technology including features. I already knew what I wanted, but it didn't stop him from showing me more of the goodies the truck had to offer I had no idea about. After agreeing to purchase they went more than the extra mile to make me happy with a trade In value and while I wasn't aware the extra dealer incentives on top of the dealership discount still surprises me on the price of the truck purchased. Wes was so accommodating regarding my schedule and availability and provided refreshments while trade in values were found and negotiated. Sales manager Matt Harvey was super kind and only popped in for hellos and to do the most fast and streamlined paperwork closing in the last ten cars I've bought. Start to finish this was the simplest, friendliest, and all around easiest new vehicle purchase in memory. If you go here, ask for Wes if he's not already in the parking lot waving with a big smile!!! I highly recommend these guys and will continue to use them in the future. read more

will not be doing service here personally. our company has a number of fleet trucks and usually have at least 1-2 revolving weekly if not daily through the service department for oil changes, services, etc. I have noticed a number of new faces with service facelift. not sure what is to blame but customer service has suffered. the girls are pleasant still but one guy that thinks he's pretty slick needs an attitude adjustment and not sure what he's doing in customer service. my truck has been given back 3 times after replacing the engine for a warranty issue. each time they've given it back I've had to return for a number of different issues. at that time this guy has been very condescending and rude. will be returning it back again tomorrow after having a "real" mechanic look it over and address some issues that definitely aren't right read more

My truck was there for weeks. People there don't communicate and one person told me it was done someone else said it hadn't been started. Then the parts were late and some didn't come in. I was told that they didn't do loaner cars at all. Didn't get a loaner till 2 days before my car was done. When I got my truck they didn't put my floor board down so my daughter almost fell into it since it was open. My truck came in with the steroid working somewhat when I got it back it doesn't work at all. No sound. No door chines , no radio, no nothing. I will probably not be bringing my truck back there unless a new part that was just put in goes out. read more

I was contacted about a recall item and scheduled my truck for the repairs. 3 hours later I was told that the recall parts were not available and it would have to be rescheduled. The dealership does not provide top tier service, i.e. washing the vehicle upon service or repair. I would not recommend. read more
