I…read morewas really excited in thinking I had finally found a trust worthy dealership but that is definitely not my experience now. When my husband had flown to this dealership to pick up the car he noticed the back seatbelt had been chewed through. This was odd to me that it was never disclosed especially because i was told multiple time this car had gone through a "200 point inspection". The dealership gave us some money back to replace the seat belt but only after my husband noticed. Once we got the vehicle back home we noticed it had a VERY obvious oil leak (see photos). Something that could NOT have been missed in an inspection. The transmission fluid also needed to be replaced along with the engine air filter. All things that should have been caught in a 200 point inspection right? The transmission fluid change was an $800 bill. We've also been called multiple times by this dealership asking where to send paperwork such as tax payment and title for our deal as if we would know more than a dealership? We were also hit with another $600 registration bill two weeks after which is understandable if we were told about this before hand and not already been bled dry from this whole ordeal. I called and expressed our difficulties with Doug our finance manager and was hit with "well it's a used car" and "everyone is expected to pay registration". They don't care to make things right on a vehicle that they sold that had OBVIOUS issues.

The service writer was nice but what I was charged is a joke. They charged me $149 for the alignment. Not terrible. Then they said they will only charged me half of the "diagnostic." So I took my truck in for an alignment. They charged me $95 to tell me that I was right, I needed an alignment...even though I DID have the alignment done by them. I also have the "Ram Wrap" warranty. Bumper to bumper with roadside through 125k miles. But I still need to pay $95 to be told I know what I need. I am looking for a new Jeep for my wife and I buy a new truck every 2-3 years. I hope that $95 was worth it. I'll drive to Laramie or Wheatland next time I need dealer service.

They went above and beyond this time around. They made a lot of exceptions for us because they knew we were in a tight spot with our only reliable vehicle being totaled. Our salesperson even came by our house to get documents that we needed to provide so that we wouldn't have to make the trip back to the dealership to give them to him. Then when we found out we had a brake issue in the new vehicle, they got us in for service an hour after I called them about it, we're unfailingly polite and friendly, went out of their way to keep my toddler entertained, and even offered to give me a ride to the mall so we wouldn't have to sit there bored while the work was being completed. They replaced my rotors and brakes free of charge. They've won this customer's loyalty. I will never buy a used car anywhere else in WY.

Their inventory was small and their staffing was not the usual on-commission pushers that we all fear. When we got there there was only their mechanic, who was working on a Subaru. I asked him about its price. He answered that they wouldn't know until he got everything working properly. The test drive wasn't chaperoned by dealers and the agreed price (for another Subaru) was "out the door" with none of the usual paperwork charge add-ons. A real pleasant change for this 65 year old Casper native who remembers the old Chrysler dealership and their "Wyoming market" pricing...above MSRP!
