We've called to get the car fixed and when we got it back less than 24h later the same code was back. We looked at the paperwork and they did not fix the issue that we told them was going on. instead they made us wait for 1 week for "parts" when we called they magically had them and could get us in. I took my truck in for an alignment and to have someone make sure there were no other suspension issues. My tires were wearing very uneven. The service writer was nice but what I was charged is a joke. They charged me $149 for the alignment. Not terrible. Then they said they will only charged me half of the "diagnostic." So I took my truck in for an alignment. They charged me $95 to tell me that I was right, I needed an alignment...even though I DID have the alignment done by them. I also have the "Ram Wrap" warranty. Bumper to bumper with roadside through 125k miles. But I still need to pay $95 to be told I know what I need. I am looking for a new Jeep for my wife and I buy a new truck every 2-3 years. I hope that $95 was worth it. I'll drive to Laramie or Wheatland next time I need dealer service. read more

If there was and option for no stars thats what this dealer would receive. The experience I had here is something I truly still cant even wrap my head around. They do not care about taking care of their customers. The financing department is an absolute joke and they are far from organized and proficient which caused some serious issues with my loan. After having the vehicle for a few weeks... I started receiving hits on my credit again. I eventually got ahold of someone and they explained they didn't process the loan before my job change so I didn't have the proof on income at the new job. Instead of reaching out they tried hiding it without talking to me. They were almost impossible to get ahold of. There was no way I could come to a solution with anyone when they wouldn't return calls. So We gave the car back. However it left me without a daily driver. They made so many hard inquireies on my impact without my knowledge for weeks. Friends have stated the shadieness of this dealership, I was just hoping they would be able to come out of that. By far the worst dealership EVER! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Aside from the fact that Dodge/Chrysler vehicles SUCK, this service department is horrible. It took over a month to have our truck seen for diagnostics. When we took it in, they told us they probably would not get it done that day. We would have to leave our truck over the weekend til Monday. We said we were just going to pick up the truck if they could not get it done. Magically, they got it diagnosed...with a $7000 quote for repairs on a truck worth only $2500 on trade-in. Hello? They told us one part would take forever to get in as they are only allocated a limited amount. We stated we were going to just pick our truck up. That's when the fun really started. They lost our keys, so we could not pick up our truck. They asked if we could drive the whole way home (1 hour each way) to pick up another set of keys. NO! Everyone was in a tizzy as they did not know how to program a new key fob. They had to call a technician in, which they expected us to thank them profusely and kiss their feet. Finally, a key was made for our truck after about 45 minutes. This dealership is so lucky my husband went in. If it had been me, they would have a wet, brown cleanup in the middle of their show room. Let's start with beyond A+ service department customer service ! I have had car troubles since hurricane Harvey in Texas .. and well my car had been in the shop every 3 months since then ! In every shop in Texas , Nashville, and Colorado they hold my car hostage for 2-3 weeks and it was frustrating with no calls or nothing with updates .. but not this place ! They took care of me within 2 days and fixed my ac condenser and my compressor as soon as parts arrived ! The service department sucks. 1st oil change they didnt tighten the oil filter in properly and they didnt refasten the cover door. 2 days later when we figured out why it was low on oil and what the noise was coming from under the car we had to take the car back to have it fixed. Mind you I live over 100 miles away. Well mistakes happen, so we went back again for another oil change. After waiting for over an hr a gal comes up and tells me my car was ready. Has me sign papers and says your cars right out there and the keys are in it. We go out the keys are not in it. My daughter goes back in and they tell her the key.has been lost in the car. I go back in and ask to talk to the manager. Come to find out they had us sign papers for the wrong car and they havent even started on my car. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. We bought a used vehicle from Fremont in Casper August 2017. The salesman, Nick Markisich told us it was a clean one owner trade in. We are now trying to sale the vehicle. We pulled a CarFax and it has been owned by 5 people and it had been involving in an accident and Fremont bought a an auction, NOT a trade in. Why are car dealer so deceitful?! The Worst service! Took my 2017 Silverado in Wednesday they repaired the fuel pump, picked it up and the engine light came back on so turned around and got another diagnostic. The Fuel sensor was broke. They said it wouldn't be in til Monday get the part in. Called Monday afternoon and they said they just got the part and it wont be ready till tomorrow. Called Tuesday at noon and they said it would be ready around 2pm. Call again at 2:30pm they said they ordered the wrong fuel pump and would take 3-4 days to get the right one. Fremont has kept my truck for a week and done nothing but make excuses. Don't take your vehicle to get repaired!!! read more

The warranty department is absolutely awful and they will lie straight to your face and then call you a liar. Purchased a warranty from them to cover our Ram truck, no issues with initial sale. Then, almost a month later, got several unhappy phone calls from Chris, who handles the warranties. He said he needed the truck to do an inspection on, and needed it ASAP, never considering the fact that when people are working they can't necessarily rearrange things so quickly. Were able to pull a few strings and the truck was provided to them and then he states he will not honor our new warranty claiming that the warranty would not cover the part needed, despite Chris knowing that their was a pre-existing issue he still sold the warranty to us, saying he would over-look it. So when we finally are ready to get the compressor taken care of we are called liars and told that they are gonna drop our warranty. Chris was extremely rude and demeaning and would not own up to his own mistake. Called the warranty company myself to see if the parts would have been covered and YES they would have been, but he lied, again. Called the GM the next day to see if there was anything that could be done or if they were willing to make it right and we were again called liars and told that they stood behind everything that Chris had done. Will never, ever, ever purchase anything from Fremont Motors again. Will not ever recommend them to anyone. read more

This is for the service department. I can't speak for the sales team's professionalism, but the service department staff has gone down hill. The younger female front desk staff were incredibly rude, made customers wait to gossip with each other, and there was a very tense vibe among the staff. My vehicle took a week to complete and it was only supposed to be in the shop one day. There was zero communication about why it was delayed other than an advisor called in sick one day, and a technician called in sick another day. Doesn't explain the other five days, and there's a serious efficiency problem if other service staff and technicians cannot pick up the slack with absences. Undercarriage wiring was not replaced in the wire mounts which could've caused issues with snagging, exposure to moving parts, heat, and the elements. Subpar service all around, and I will be using another dealership for future work. read more

I dropped my truck off to get two keys programmed at 8am and was told it would be done at 9am. I called at noon and they told me that it would be done by three. I called at four and got a message machine and left a message to call me back.I called back at 4:30 and raised hell and they told me to come straight down. I got my keys and went out to the truck. One of the two keys still didn't work. I went in and flipped out on some poor kid who FINALLY programmed it for me in about two minutes. I asked why it took all day to do something that takes two minutes and the service writer told me that they did a recall that I didn't bring it in for and they didn't ok with me before they did. I left and didn't make it to the end of the block and noticed the check engine light was on. I went back and flipped the proverbial "poop" out. They had no idea what the code meant and just cleared it out and told me to come back if it turned back on. I told them that I most definitely will not under any circumstances be going back there. I would suggest that no one else does either. I missed two full days of work because it's now too late to make my drive tonight. All over what should have been a five-minute job. read more

I went to this dealer looking for a Jeep Wrangler and have never experienced such a mediocre sales interaction and environment--certainly not built on integrity. The dealer I worked with was Nick M. I spent several hours with him, negotiating on a jeep. Every few minutes he would walk away, saying he had to check on something, then not return for 15-20 minutes. At one point we agreed on a price and he literally had me initial his chicken-scratch terms to assure him I was in agreement. Astoundingly, after another 20-minute wait, he came back and increased the agreed-upon price by $424. And was not willing to budge. I was aghast that I had just spent hours working out a price only to be told I had to pay $424 more. The lack of interest in doing business was so apparent--I actually was the one to suggest that Nick take down my name and number and call me if he were to change his mind. In fact, the entire (unsuccessful) transaction was apathetically lukewarm--lacking in care, enthusiasm, interest . . . not at all what I've come to expect from professional sales people in any industry.
