The sent a text back @ 11:30 am that null's towing would be my tow service and would arrive in the scene @1:30pm. At 1:30 after the tow service had not arrived called the dispatch number to ask for a eta. They told me they would be there by 230. Ok so they are running behind. Called at 230 and was told they had to get some other cars and they would definitely be there in 45 minutes or less. Still sitting with my car and now it's 445 so I call back. They now tell me they can't get to me and to call my assistance company for another tow....... Yeah that's great customer service.

This is my 5 th vehicle i have had serviced here and have the others serviced regular as well. I pray I never need another windshield or any other kind of car window treatment but if I do, I will most definitely go back there it's known by two names, astral glass repair and Discount Auto Glass they both the same company take cash and credit cards.

I took it back to them, asking them to replace the sunroof seal. The guy said 1.) It isn't the seal 2.) Give me 20 minutes, and I'll flush out the seal, and show you how to fix it. 3.) No charge. Thanks Hard to argue with service like that.
