I was frantic to say the least considering I live at 385/Riverdale. Well, I made to this location, pulled into the lot n by then it was fully flat. A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. I wanted to Thank these guys, but they wouldn't take any token of my appreciation which further made my day. So though I didn't have service this time I won't forget for future choices in my automotive needs. Kudos to these fellows n the mgmt that hired them. . After a trip to my normal mechanic, he recommended that I take it to the Coleman Taylor on Winchester. Greg took got me checked-in, and within two hours they had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part to get it fixed. I scheduled a time to bring it in a few days later. When I dropped the truck off the following week, they were taking it back to the bay before my ride even showed up to pick me up. My truck was back on the road the same day and seems to be running like new. Everyone at this location was extremely professional. From their uniforms to their manners. Always a "yes, sir" and "thank you, sir". And a special thanks to Miguel for going above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend this location.

I was informed that it could take 3 days or it could take a week. Regardless, the Tahoe needed fixing. I took it in on a Monday and one day later I was struggling to find a rental when I got a call from the CT guys. IT WAS FIXED!! Went in to get it and the cost was awesome. I had been told by several that a new transmission cost a lot. But these guys were fairly priced. I can't say enough good stuff about these guys.

The service was great and great people don't get me…read morewrong BUT they said we needed to replace the front valve cover gaskets because they were leaking oil, they're STILL leaking oil after they changed them. Also go it degreased and the whole bottom of the engine isn't degreased but the top of it is. And not only that, but the "level 2 diagnostic" for the car was $329 alone where I could have gone to orileys up the street and gotten it done for free. $700 down the drain when they wanted $3,000 but we fought them to bring it down to $700 to do certain things. Would LOVE to get our money back
