    Platter for $32

We didn't know that this was not the actual part of the brewery we wanted. It was only after we ordered someone came in and asked about the pizza and found out it was across the way. Alas, we already ordered. The menu is limited and what they make is just ok. The beer is phenomenal, but the food is lacking. We ordered the platter which is $32. The pulled pork sliders were tasty, but the rest of it was just ok. The cheese for the pretzels was gritty, almost like a hummus texture. The ranch/blue cheese was a mix of homemade or watered down store bought. The burger patties and wings were overcooked and stringy/crispy. I get the price since we are in Alaska, but it doesn't truly match up for what you get and the lack of quality. The service was great, but outside of that and the beer, go across the way for pizza. Otherwise, if you're just looking for beer and chit chat, get a table indoors or outdoors and enjoy the weather.

I took a day trip with friends from Fairbanks to castner glacier. After a long day of driving and walking this was exactly what the group needed. Fantastic beer and pizza. There are 2 crust options hand tossed or thin. I recommend thin if you don't like a lot of dough. I ordered the castner pizza and the dawn of the north beer. The pizza was fantastic and was highly recommended by our waitress. The beer was a stout with hints of coffee and vanilla in which I highly recommend. Overall a great location with great customer service.

Delicious pizza with great beer and quick service with convenient location. Would definitely recommend when in the area.

There are not many restaurants in Delta Junction but this is a great choice. Last night they were closed but we came back today and had a good experience. The Paxton Pizza was like a Philly cheese steak on hand tossed pizza dough. We ordered a 17" and should have ordered the next size down for 2 people. The draft beer was very good only $5 for 16oz. They do not yet make it on site but that is their plan once the state gives them permission. This place is new and the decor is very modern. When we came in, there were 2 large parties and they were a bit loud but after they left, things quite down. These guys are just starting out and they deserve your business.

    Philly cheesesteak pizza

Results have been mixed. My first pizza was their crab Rangoon on a cauliflower crust (they no longer make that crust). The toppings and crust, separately, were delicious, but clashed together as the crust had cheese and Italian-type seasonings in it. A coworker tried it and termed it weird. Next was the Philly cheesesteak pizza on a barley crust and this was excellent, packed with meat and veg, and the leftovers kept well. I also tried the blueberry barley bites, reheated in the oven for breakfast and they were delicious little mini donuts (no longer on the menu either). Next I tried a weekly special featuring blackberries. It was good in a way but lacking in bulk and depth. It didn't seem worth the price at all, even for the area. The crust this time got hard quickly and became difficult to chew. Next came their cheeseburger pizza and things kind of went awry. They were late making the order and I was late to work. They forgot the sauce my coworker ordered with it. She was super disappointed when she opened it because the pizza was messy looking and had fewer toppings than when she'd previously ordered it. It wasn't cut evenly or all the way through. It was good, but she knew it was previously better. She also got a Cubano sandwich that was good enough, although the next time she ordered it, it was half the size as the first time! I've also had meat lovers' pizza twice brought to work by others and both times it was pretty standard for that type of pizza.

Great place to stop after a day of hiking or traveling. Very tasty beer and food! We got there at 630pm on a Saturday and it was packed with no tables, with help from the staff we were able to sit at the bar and move to a table once one opened up. Will definitely be back!

the only thing better than the food is the service! they are a new restaurant and just started serving alcohol, but i'm sure they will blow up soon. the summit sandwich: perfectly grilled, massive, great portion. awesome sandwich! build your own pizza with buffalo, red onions, and banana peppers: amazing. the crust is fluffy and flavorful. build your own pizza with pineapple, green peppers, and olives: delicious! alaskan strawberry haze IPA: light, refreshing, smooth. our waitress was delightful and we recommend this place!!

Draft House & Lodge - We shared our sandwiches so here is a pic with half The Jarvis on sour dough and half of The Birch on wheat. Yummy.

As you can see from the picture, you can't find the taco, or the halibut. Once you fight through a messy and disorganized pile of auxiliary and uncomplimentary portions of this meal- since a single bite can't get everything included - and more is not better; you might actually find the halibut- which is flavored and cooked VERY well. Unfortunately the fight to get to, inability to locate, and mess to clean up after is so ridiculous that it detracts from the actual hero of the dish. Pay no attention to the inaccurate listing on Google; the lack of a liquor license; the "somebody's aunt set up a B level wedding in here" vibe with insufficient lighting; and the fact that it took me negotiating with a waitress to get silverware- and if you can look past all of that, you may enjoy the food. But what do I know? I simply travel the world for work and find happiness in good food and places to eat. This wasn't one.

It was very busy, but they got to us in a timely manner. The kitchen was a little slow, but that was to be expected when it was so busy. We ordered sandwiches and they were delicious. My husband got the Wicked Chicken with regular fries; their take on a hot chicken sandwich. It was flavorful and good. I got the Philly Slammer with curly fries. The slammer was jam packed with meat and all the goodies. I got the sauce on the side. It made a great fry sauce too. I liked having the option for curly fries. We saw huge delicious looking burgers coming out to other tables and a pizza which looked good too. We didn't order cocktails, but their special cocktail menu looked fun.

I opted for the soup and salad bar, which was $25... only two choices for soups. I got the Italian vegetable and it tasted like the entire base was made with tomato paste which hadn't been watered down or seasoned so it was a chunky/non-smooth texture. The salad bar had only one type of greens and while it had decent topping offerings, the plates were extremely small, especially as an entree item, and not worth the $25. The ambience is extremely dated and dirty. The entrance to the kitchen is visible from the dining room and has what appeared to be boxes of trash or old newspapers piled up. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Also, they automatically added gratuity on when we had to get our own drinks, our own soups and in my case - I 100% self-served from start to finish. My husband got his own drink, soup and they brought out his wrap which had been sent in ahead of time. Every single entree was $25 no matter what you got. Basic ingredients, store bought wraps, forced gratuity, and questionable cleanliness puts this firmly in the "no" column. Definitely would not recommend.
