I hired Diana to home sit my 2 cats and the first time was not so bad. She gave me a discount for a long term service and also sent me emails with pics of my cats like she advertised. But that level of service didn't last. The second time.....no discount with the reason it took too long to take care of cats. It was only feeding the can food and litter box cleaning but fine whatever. No more emails with pics. Fine again. My AC which I plugged out was plugged back and used. Fine. But when I saw the disgusting water in their bowls and the wrecked bathroom(I specifically requested all doors should be closed), I had to complain. The third time I installed a webcam and I told her about it too. No email whatsoever this time and mediocre service. No reason to hire them again.

Had a quick getaway and boarded my dog with Crystal, owner of Wagging Tails. Don't like the word…read more"boarded" because there were only spa-like accommodations for my furbaby Lulu. She got to enjoy a spacious backyard as she has at home and got her pick of comfy, soft beds(including her own) to choose from. I was able to truly relax and have peace of mind while out of the country, knowing that my baby was only a call/ text away. And seeing my furbaby meeting the Easter Bunny and making friends thru Instagram was truly the icing on the cake!!!! I was also lucky to coordinate with her groomer Kerrie to get her back fresh and clean on pickup day. New pup mom and I was lost as far as where to bring my puppy for grooming. This place came highly…read morerecommended and after bringing our puppy there I understand why. First off, they squeezed us in because we have a photo shoot coming up for the holidays and our pup was hairy to say the least. The owner, Joanie was so accommodating. She was also reassuring to my husband who was a little anxious about our dogs first grooming. Both her and the groomer took extra care of our 4 month old puppy and you can feel the love they have for all their dogs. They're amazing! Our puppy looked like a new dog in the best way, and they somehow managed to get him to wear a bandana. It's a miracle!
