So, dividing by two I was told 1400sq ft @ the 200 mark. Then I received a text from another person changing the service. The initial agreement was 195 + tax and I would be scheduled for the 18th of March. So, a service agreement was made when I stated yes, please schedule me. Then those terms were changed at which point I stated no. I had sent two pictures of my floors that had not been done in a while and needed TLC. By a while approximately three weeks as my vacuum had died due to age.. We do have 18 special needs cats that WE constantly clean up after, clean boxes once a day, and everything else.. Trying to figure out how that would have involved the maid. Unlike her response we only have ONE dog not two. I sent two pictures of the only area where the floors were bad. I'm including them in this follow up to see if a two day clean at double the price is justifiable. I added an unsent one of my atrocious floors. The two holes in the wall are from removing unused cables, and the cardboard is covering an unused telecom outlet. Which I was going to float/tape sheetrock and refinish.. Unfortunately, before I could do any of the handy work I ended up having six additional shoulder surgeries resulting in a full reverse artificial joint. So, no I am not going to remove the review as I had an agreed scheduled cleaning. The interaction between me and the company representative quantifies the one star.

I contacted owner regarding poor service and she indicated that she provided "excellent" service…read more Since I never post reviews, I had to make an exception because she is not even close to a rating of "fair" less known excellent. Her price was $266.00 for a 3200 sq ft home. She did not clean microwave and insisted that she did clean it. First she said appliances are not included in basic cleaning. I paid extra for refrigerator but micro wave is just basic cleaning. We hired her for detail and nothing she did was detailed. Cleaning Services only provide surface cleaning. Rather than go on and on, my only purpose here is to warn others that Mother's does not provide excellent service and I would not recommend and would never use Mother's again.
