What can I say, while this place has some amazing reviews and I'm sure they were short staffed and really busy because of it, the reviews got me as a customer didn't they? At 6pm I was pleasantly hungry, 70 minutes later according to my text from the restaurant to when my order was expected I was really hungry. 4 phone calls and 2.7 hours later I sat down and tried these massive not baby in any way ribs veggies and chips. I was hangry at this point (hungry cranky) and my ribs were cold and not tender in any way. My chips were cold and powdery and inedible plus my veggies the poor things were extremely salty. I wasn't happy about the snappiness on the phone and I wasn't happy with oh the driver is nearly there with 40 minutes to wait.... When I asked for a refund and to cancel the order which they ignored. Not the best experience and I wouldn't ever order takeaway from there again. Note: I paid through eatnow via paypal, and as the restaurant refused to refund me when I asked, I asked for a refund through eatnow, it was turned down. Asked me to contact the restaurant again. For all of you who use eatnow as a service, it would be wise to keep this in mind if you aren't satisfied with your order through one of their restaurants. They don't take responsiblity or refund you with anything. read more

I can't complain about anything - the pizza was yummy and hot on delivery. The time quoted online was spot on to the actual delivery time. Thanks Big Fella, we were hungry and it was a pleasure to deal with you read more

Wish i had read the reviews before going to that shop. GROSS !! The name doesn't lie though. Probably very popular with fat people that like heavy toppings. If your going to go there, ask if they have a dog out the back, for after the meal. Just got a head up from a mate about this place, but warning came to late. My girl friend reckons she saw one of the guys ( chef, if you can call em that ) spitting in the food. We all laughed thinking she was joking but she refused to eat the food we got there. Should have listened though, spent rest of the night chucking up in the toilet. Never been so sick in my life. Well all i can say is some people dont tell the full story and please look at our face book page for all the happy faces and the wonderful food,,,,,,,,,,with over 25,500 facebook likes you must be doing something right . If you order a delivery we have 7 drivers on a friday and saturday and no food is cooked till the drivers on his way back , this is so no one will get cold food even if its a long delivery wait .Thank you big fellas pizza. read more
