Vegans look for: Nirvana Nutrition: She makes beautiful, delicious and healthy cheesecakes, macaroons, cookies and more. Cindy is a total sweetheart too. Red Earth Kitchen: also at the Moncton market. Amazing vegan desserts, soups, veggie meatballs and burgers in the to go fridge. Absolutely decadent sweets, some of the best I've ever had. There's a vendor that does sorbet which is vegan. And several vendors that do Indian food and falafels and stuff that I haven't inquired about but assume there may be some vegan options there. Nico's bakery most of their regular breads are vegan and they make vegan cookies but I didn't see them when I was there but they could have sold out. Of course fresh produce vendors are there as well. Adorable chocolate offer vegan chocolate, most of their dark chocolate is safe. And there's a place with fresh juices and smoothies. Lots to choose from for sure.

visited Aug 30th…read more very very rude guy serving us at the counter......on our entire 10 day road trip through NB, met nothing but friendly and cheerful fellow Canadians, great east coast culture, great food unfortunately this guy was the exception, ordered 2 seafood cakes and 2 lobsters and asked him to half and crack for us as explained that we were on a camping trip and had no means to crack the lobster.......we received the dirtiest look and once prepped and bagged, he literally shoved it in my hands and told me to get out with a "buh bye" ps. the seafood cake tasted like crap also, mainly potatoes and batter, i would recommend avoiding this place completely

The fries are made from locally grown potatoes, fried to crisp on the outside, starchy and squishy on the inside. The bacon tightly wrapped around the scallops, adding a sweet and salty note to a soft pillow. The mussels were bouncy meaty but was paired with a white wine sauce infused with an herb that we were not fans of (perhaps tarragon?). The 15-20min wait was well worth the meal. I heard them fry my clams about 5 minuets after I ordered, and they fried them for about 2 minutes. I asked for a cup of water and they gave me a small cup of water. They're clams were good it included clam strips and bellies. It was very lightly battered, and not greasy! The clams were also not chewy at all. I don't think their business is doing very well. They have a big sign in their window that says "business for sale" and there's real estate papers advertising the property for sale. I was so full after eating the clams. I think they gave me about a pound of clams. There's only about 4 tables inside that sit about 3-4 people. I think they're mostly a take-out spot.

Once walking in you are greeted with a smile from collin and the authenticity of the hard working lobster fisherman and all his trophies everywhere. There is tons of art here made out of the shells of the lobster. The lobster rolls are amazing here. After ordering he picks up a lobster and cuts it up right in front of you. Chops it all up, toasts the bun and its ready to go. Takes some time. But there's noting fresher than this. Honestly 1 isn't enough and we ended up getting rolls every time we drove at this place. This place is a must if your driving through alma to go to fundy national park. I wish I could go back here already bc there's just nothing like it!
