The fries are made from locally grown potatoes, fried to crisp on the outside, starchy and squishy on the inside. The bacon tightly wrapped around the scallops, adding a sweet and salty note to a soft pillow. The mussels were bouncy meaty but was paired with a white wine sauce infused with an herb that we were not fans of (perhaps tarragon?). The 15-20min wait was well worth the meal.
