Big Frog in Clearwater, FL is absolutely fabulous. I put out an SOS to friends asking for help with getting a last-minute custom t-shirt. Several said call the "frog place" and that's what I did. Went in yesterday and the graphics pro and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. He helped me design it within minutes. They were so pleasant and also knowledgeable. Asked if I could possibly get it by Thursday and they said they would call when it was ready and lo and behold, they called the very next day. Kelsey was SO awesome, kind, efficient, and helpful, I was super impressed. When we walked in we were immediately welcome and asked what we were looking for....come to find out, we were supposed to go to the St. Pete location (strangely, bc the school were purchasing shirts for is in Clearwater so we had gone there). So know that they are individually owned and operated; make sure you go to the correct location. But I need a knee replacement and she saw me struggling to walk and offered that we try on the shirts here so we knew the size we needed to order online since we were at the wrong location. Most people would just tell you, go to the right location, lady! I cannot tell you how grateful I am to not have to drive all the way to St. Pete. I just walked in to find out if they could stamp my race shirt with the specific date and info for this year thinking it would take like maybe a week IF they could even do it. Sadly, Kelsey is no longer with the company, and the new person they hired was curt and unprofessional when I dropped off my items to be done. My order was not completed on the day I needed it as promised, and I spoke to the owner, who promised me it would be done the next day and that he would call me. I waited all day and he never called. I called the next day, and the new salesperson said it was done. I told her I was going out of town and could not come pick it up until I got back into town. I went in today and told the owner how poorly I was treated and how the new person ignored me when I needed my items done. I asked him if this is the way they are doing business now, because it does not work for me when I have things I need to be done in a timely manner. His reply was she was new and had only been here for a month. I asked him why you would leave a new employee who is not fully trained at his business on her own, and he freaked out and said he is busy, has a family, and can not be there all the time. So basically... He does not care about the deadlines you need for items they are making. He told me he no longer wanted my business and that I should go elsewhere. It is sad because they do a beautiful job, and I do not know anyone who does not need business, especially when I have been a repeat customer and have lots more business to bring him. It's infuriating how people treat their customers. I now have to find another company to do my embroidery and then pay another set-up fee for my logo. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend the Clearwater location. After specifying I did not want a heat press design, I was told direct to garment was fine but would take longer. I said no problem. After weeks, I called for an ETA on completion. I was told to call back the following Monday. Instead of calling, I received an email saying the shirts are ready. When I arrived to pick them up, Kelsey hands them to me in a tied up plastic bag and says nothing. I opened the bag in my car to find she did exactly what I told her, in an email, that I did not want. She allowed me to leave the store knowing she did my shirts wrong, only to say anything when I came back in to ask what had happened. Instead of trying to make it right, she justified her decision to change my order without asking me. Don't trust them or their process, you will be stuck with shirts you didn't want and they still charge you full price!! Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

I took the time and Called and asked about using my Own art on T-shirt. The lady says yes come over tomorrow. We have a 24 hour turn around . So I drove 30 minutes to the shop. She see my art says it will b great . Spends 30 minutes selecting shirts . Then she says . Oh I'm not sure I can do this . ?????? What is going on ... she says she would prefer to only use one or two images ? she doesn't want to scan 6 different images ? So what happened between the phone call and me showing up? NEW OWNERS DON'T HAVE IT TOGETHER! Three weeks ago I contacted Big Frog to reorder shirts. I received a quote for the job and in a follow-up email was asked to verified my design requirements so the printing could move forward. After waiting three week and no shirts had arrived I contacted them for an update on when I could expect my delivery. I was informed that my order was never processed, no shirts ordered, no shirts printed and I needed to approve another quote. The email chain between us showed all past communications and they still didn't seen to get it. Worse yet, they really didn't seem to care! read more

When I dropped the ball on ordering custom shirts for a family cruise, Big Frog came to my rescue. With just two days before the trip, I showed up in store with several electronic files. After mocking them up onscreen, it was clear neither was going to look as great as I'd anticipated. When I showed the employee a third option that I only had as an image, she was able to quickly manipulate it into a usable design and printed the shirts while I waited. My experience here at big frog was absolutely atrocious, I order around 15 shirts total my last order 8 shirts for my lawn care company and I order 5 short sleeve (4 large, 1 medium) and 3 long sleeve shirts (all large) so aside from me waiting 2 weeks to get my long sleeve shirts because that was part of my original order, I waited and extra day to call them to check the status on my shirts because I didn't get a call or email saying they were ready I spoke with the owner and he said that his workers lost my number so they couldn't call me but they emailed me (which they didn't, they said that to save their ass) they are the absolute worst and over price t shirt company. They charged me 14.80$ a t shirt and I could go somewhere else and pay 4.00$ And they won't lose my number. So on top of everything I show up to pick up my shirts and he doesn't even have my medium shirt printed and I have to wait a 12 more hours till the morning to pick up my medium shirt. They have horrible customer service, they can't read the invoice, they are over priced, and I could go on for days on things I'm not happy with. read more

Great customer service! I called to inquire about having something printed on a shirt that I already had. They asked me some basic (such as percentage of cotton, etc) about the shirt to save me a trip if it wasn't acceptable to be printed on. That was a nice touch. I brought the shirt in, picked the color, font and lettering. They have sample shirts of just about every color, with the available print palette so you can see what the final product will look like. Since it was just one shirt, they were able to do while I waited. Very happy with the service and the work that they performed. I will be back! read more
