Poor customer service. I went into the shop to quickly print a form and a younger FedEx employee watched me walk into the store and waited until I sat down before he told me I would need to leave since they were closing. I asked him why he didn't tell me when I first entered the store and he said he didn't realize I was going to print something which would take a lot longer. It didn't make any sense to me. The irony of it all was a FedEx delivery truck driver who was delivering boxes and opened the door for me started scolding the younger FedEx worker who worked behind the counter who was the one to ask me to leave. So kudos to the truck driver but boo on the store employee! read more

Incredible, above and beyond service! I had a very difficult return and Sarah and Jennifer were a huge help in breaking down the plastic plant Potter so I could fit it back in its original box and save myself $40+ dollars. Gigi is a rock star. I had several boxes to drop off and as soon as she saw me through the window she came out with a hand truck to help. There was a mess up with the shipping label and she was so accommodating and helpful. We emailed the labels to the store and she printed them for me. How helpful. Love this store! read more

Can't find my first review so this will have to do. Had to return something here a few weeks ago with a pre-paid label and was impressed with the customer service. Thought they were pricier than UPS but I was wrong. Very competitive and the employees here are WAYYYYY better. They packed my laptop perfectly and it arrived safely. They were not helpful and very expensive. I was the only customer in the store but he acted like he had more important things to do. I needed to send a document, where I usually go I hand the employee a document and where I want it sent. A few minutes later i get a delivery confirmation and have to pay a few dollars. At this place, I had to use their computers which cost 45c per minute $27 per hour. I had to log on, print, scan and attached and email. It cost $12.90 to send a one page document. Yesterday I went into FedEx to print a Christmas letter with pictures. I also wanted to print a family genealogy chart to send to a relative. We have used this store in the past for simple printing but this time I needed help. Yasaira was very helpful. She was able to get my letter and pictures on a single sheet by printing front and back. Printing in color was more expensive than I expected but she did everything she could to help get the price down. I didn't even know if the genealogy chart could be printed since it was so large. Yasaira was able to reduce the size but keep it big enough to read the details. She trimmed the edges and found a firm mailer and even addressed it for me. The package will arrive in one day. When we compared the price with mailing at the post office the cost wasn't that different than one day mailing there and Fedex was much easier and less time consuming for us. read more

Always helpful and knowledgeable, but today it was raining. I was able to avoid dragging 2 kids into the rain because the employees were extremely helpful in making sure I got services in a snap! It only took a matter of 2-3 minutes to get 5 files saved and my I was able to head home! read more

Tim was amazing! Went in on a Sunday afternoon with my daughter. We're tourists who purchased air plants & sponges in Tarpon Springs and had no way to transport them home. Tim couldn't have been more helpful. He carefully packaged the items, even telling us he'd leave the lid open until the package went out so the plants could have light. He was caring, friendly and even offered suggestions on local items of interest. The package arrived yesterday and all the plants look great!
