She basically implied why was I even calling because someone would call me, she was so rude.Then by the 3rd business day I call again and they say that my order of shirts hasn't even been started yet... AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS AND REASSURED THAT IT WOULD BE A QUICK PROCESS THEY HADNT EVEN BEGIN ON MY ORDER. So I went picked up my shirts and went to another store who had them done in an hour. So i strongly recommend future customers to try any other store in the valley besides this one, don't bother unless you enjoy rude customer service and unprofessionalism

As part of the marketing effort I'm conducting to launch my animal rescue (& foster kid) charity, I needed some custom t-shirts made up. So based on their consistently great reviews online, my first stop was at Big Frog in Gilbert, AZ. Figuring I had some fabulous logos, I was shocked & saddened when they informed me in a free consultation that as creative/artistic as my designs were, they wouldn't translate well from photo to fabric. We agreed that our mutual goal was to achieve a high quality result the first time. So Dwayne gave me some excellent advice on getting the logos redone at a third party in such a way as to make them "t-shirt ready." Should I be successful in doing so, I'll be going back to Big Frog -- whose competence & honesty have now been established!! read more

I had custom T-shirts made for my son's business and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The customer service was outstanding--everyone was so friendly and helpful. They designed the shirts right on site with me and made sure everything looked exactly the way I wanted. The turnaround time was also impressive--they were completed within a week. I needed a T-shirt printed fast on a Saturday. Stopped at Big Frog 30 minutes prior to closing time. The man in charge was super-helpful and knew exactly how to scale my JPG for printing. After 12 hours of no success with 2 different shops, Big Frog delivered within 10 minutes. read more

Our organization ordered 26 shirts from them last summer. As long as we were getting ready to order, my phone calls were returned quickly. After the order was placed, it took more than a month to get the order - not bad but not stellar. The quality of the work was excellent, but one of my shirts had a spot on it. When I called to tell them about it, their return calls were considerably slower in coming. Since they are located close to where I live, I drove there and took the shirt with me. The owner, Steve, was very nice and said he would take care of getting me a replacement shirt. That was back in September. I've been calling and leaving messages but NONE of my calls have been returned. I just drove to their shop again, and sure enough - that suite is EMPTY. So now I'm out the almost $30 for my shirt (what would have been my favorite) and I have to shop around again for another business to take care of our next order. It's terribly disappointing to work with someone that comes across as being so nice to find out they can pull something like this. If there's a good reason for what's happened, I can be very understanding. BUT AT LEAST RETURN MY CALLS and let me know what's happening! What a let down!

So off to yelp I go to find a replacement. I came across Show and Tell on a Monday. Lindsey and I had a couple of exchanges via email where I explained the vision. While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. I was in West Valley on Thursday, but she stuck around on a Friday afternoon until I was able to pick it up and the shirt was perfect.
