That being said, the owner is a refreshing and honest business owner who breaks his back to make sure his customers are truly satisfied. I was an employee for a while and I can't even explain the amount of sacrifices he himself made (not mentioning the employees) to make every customer I saw (hugeee fleets and semis, boats, etc everything) as happy as possible. Stumbled upon this company thanks to Instagram in spring (I believe) of 2025, and I checked it out. Fast forward to November 2025 and I finally decided to pull the trigger. I went in on a Thursday, and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I wanted to get the taillights, 3rd brake light, and rear reflectors smoked out. I was quoted about 2-2.5 hr turnaround. I dropped the car at 2:00, and I pulled away before 4:00. Randy was fast and knocked it out ahead of the quoted time. He really knows his stuff! I couldn't be happier, and will certainly go back for some other customization in the future.

Not only is the staff professional (and Starla is gorgeous to boot), but patient, and able to provide a quality end product.
