The person working the desk and taking calls was very helpful and answered all questions. She was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping. Everything was thoroughly explained from making an appointment, down payment, pricing, tint differences, to cancellation policy. I took my car in one morning and dropped it off. I had standard tint applied to all side windows and back window of a 4 door car. I also had a brow put on the windshield. The work was done in a couple hours (pretty quick IMO). The quality is fantastic. I have noticed no issues since the tint was applied. I have been very pleased with the work and would choose Tint King for future vehicles!

I got there early and they took my car right back. The staff there is friendly and courteous and the shop is extremely clean. They have different tier tint packages ranging from economy to top of the line Huper Optik. They do not have an open lobby area. They do have free water and wifi available. There is a Subway sandwich shop, with indoor and outdoor seating, right next door where you can grab a meal and relax a bit while you wait for your car to be done. My two front windows were done in a little over 40 minutes and look real nice. Their pricing is upfront and there is a $5 service fee added to it. This is an awesome tint shop that in the heart of Greenwood. It is located cater-cornered to the Greenwood Mall. When they are done with your tint job, they put stickers over your window buttons, so that you do not accidentally wind your windows down. What took that simple act so long and why is it not standard across the board. If you are looking to get your front windows done or even 4 or more, this is your place. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I was presented with an interior clean option that was $299.99, which I agreed to while my vehicle was there. I picked it up early evening before close the same day and was told to remove the rubber mats from the rear of my vehicle and leave the windows down when I park in the garage to allow it to dry out. I did not get in the vehicle again until Saturday late morning, and the driver side was SOAKING WET as if it had not been extracted at all. The rest of the vehicle was still damp but not nearly as wet at the driver side. I could not call the location until Monday which in the meantime I would place my rubber mat in the car when in use, then remove it when I got home and roll the windows down every time. When I called on Monday I was given option to bring it back on Thursday, Dec 26. I took the vehicle in this morning, briefly explained the situation and informed that I took a video of how wet it was and was concerned it may mildew or mold, or even cause rust underneath. I asked if there would be any compensation or adjustment, and the response was he would look into it and talk to who did it. I picked up my vehicle just after 4pm, and the same man (which I believe to be the manager) asked my name and handed me my keys. When I asked if there was any adjustment for the issue, he walked in the back and came out to hand me a $20 bill stating "they said to give this to you for your gas". That was the most offensive response to a genuine customer concern I have ever had. I was not only inconvenienced for a week until it could be readdressed, but also concerned about my vehicle as a result of the excess water and brought it back to leave for another day again. Attached is the video that I took late Saturday morning. I will not be doing anything additional with Ziebart aside from my annual renewal which I paid for when I purchased my vehicle!

I purchased a new audio system for the inside of my car and they were so helpful figuring out which system would fit because my car is so small, I'm very limited. I got the planet audio system Pc100cpa, they gave me a great price for the system and installation. I started having issues with my screen unfortunately (planet audio's fault not Wale's) and he did everything he could to try to fix it, but I have to replace my screen unfortunately. Long story short it was an annoying process with planet audios extended Warranty (I had wale's 1 year warranty but it was up) and I had to be back-and-forth on the phone with Wale's Audio and Window Tinting. He was so helpful and took a good amount of his time to get me the correct information Planet Audio was requesting, free of charge. I would like to add Planet audio is a reliable brand, I did a lot of research into them. I think I just got a bad screen because this is not a common issue I found. So really the screen is no fault of anyone. I would recommend this place to anyone, great customer service, great price, great staff, and great practices.
