The work I needed was a bit complicated, because I needed to retrofit a new LED system onto existing wiring, that ran all throughout existing hardscape and had been cut / not visible in many areas. This was no challenge for Todd and his team, however, and they were able to trace all the existing wiring and plan out the new layout. On top of everything, Todd suggested we move the existing transformer to the complete opposite side of my house, where other utilities sit, so that I don't have an eyesore in my driveway. He provided me several options for lighting and everything was installed quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with the finished product and the level of service / communication from Todd and his team. Oh and btw...when a few weeks after install, my kids kicked and broke one of the lights...Todd came out and replaced it free of charge. What a legend! We received a quote based roughly on our plan, but please be aware that in addition to being efficient and thorough, these guys are ARTISTS, so know that while they won't be the lowest price (and honestly, they aren't the highest either - but the VALUE you get - the longevity and artistry you get for the price is astounding). Lets talk about the work: The group shows up ON TIME. Jay was constantly checking in and on site. The team truly cares and takes their time. They build things that last, select products that will withstand time, and take the time to explain what's happening. Things to Consider: If you're on a really tight timeline, they work extremely hard but our project has stretched way longer than we anticipated due to product delays, changes in scope (our fault), only working on certain days due to conflicting projects, etc. Overall - we love Jay, his team, and they feel a part of the family at this point. Creative ideas - They took our vision of what we wanted and gave us a design that was beyond it. Small details like how the steps curved, how the pathway was flared 4. Removed a previous patio, added a new large Cambridge paver patio with retaining wall/two steps, added lighting, two additional walk ways, and worked seamlessly with Well Done Paving Contractors to connect the pavers to our new driveway.
