I have not been disappointed. Unlike other clinics you are one on one with therapist, lots of equipment and tools to find what works best for you. I have always felt comfortable and pushed to within my limits to achieve my goals. Staff is great for a chat and laugh. Never an issue booking, online system is easy with email and text reminders. Even behind the masks everyone is always smiling...knee is feeling great and with Dr. John's help I may not even need a brace!!

The tank here is like a bathtub, with a tall ceiling, which takes away any claustrophobic feeling. The tank itself is soundproof and lightproof. It's a very relaxing and tension relieving experience. The space is very clean and staff are friendly. They provide a bathrobe, and towels, and all the shower supplies. My only frustration here was that all the products they offered were run out. I went to the bathroom, the soap was empty. I went to get cleaned up, they have bottles of moisturizer, cream, hair serums, spray deodorant - ALL were completely empty. I would've been less frustrated if they weren't even provided. Other than this, it is a very nice space, lovely atmosphere, and very reasonable pricing.

I was lucky enough to just find her by happenstance and I'm so happy that I met her. I could barely walk. My back was killing me, and I lay face down on the table and she could tell exactly where the muscles were the most problems just by looking at my back. She put her thumb on the most painful muscle and said does it hurt here? And I almost jumped through the roof. And then she fixed me and I felt so much better within an hour. It feels like there are no wasted strokes/fluff work. Each one has purpose based on what she is feeling in my muscles and she is responding to what's going on in me, rather than what's going on in her. No doubt, it was nice and very relaxing with a nice soft music but more stress was on your upper back. It's an hr long massage, where they spend more time at the back and 10 mins in the front. They accept all major insurance company, so thats why I guess they are popular. Burning, pins and needles. In a couple of treatments the pain is gone. The North American doctors were going to prescribe drugs for the pain. Unbelievable! I am very active and I was contemplating alternatives to running or walking. I just could not stand the pain. Anyway, Dr. Wu has saved my feet. Acupuncture is amazing.

We landed in Calgary and very luckily I was able to snag an appointment with Dr. Hoover the very next day. He was patient and caring, explaining everything in an unhurried manner as he treated me, and allowing my husband to video the maneuvers so he could replicate them afterward. He also provided me with exercises to continue the treatment at home. I felt much better after my session and continued to improve in the days after. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Hoover. He really knows his stuff and offers treatment in a kind and very knowledgeable way.

So I decided to go this place . My physiotherapists was PT Sam. He did a wonderful job, he did thorough assessment to find the root cause of my pain , then he did dry needling , it immediately relieved my pain going down to my arm and hand. With help of TENS machine and hot packs it relaxed my neck muscles , he did manual therapy to release the tension in my neck within 3 visits . Then he provided with me some exercises which was very easy to follow and remember and very effective at same time . I am still doing it at home. And the best part was the way he communicate and explained me thoroughly about all treatment process. He is very knowledgeable. I like the vibes of he place , all other staff were very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend you to go this place and visit PT Sam. He is the best.
