Nashville Hot is good -- tastes right, has a kick. We'd call it mild at Hattie B's and it would be just batter standard (no spice) at Prince's. It's their second hottest sauce and was enjoyable without being painful. Alabama White was also good, a bit sweeter than home but very tasty. A good follow up to the Nashville Hot! Locals expressed their sadness to see them go leaving each other with a "have a good winter!" We felt lucky to have been able to catch them while they were still open. The best part was we caught golden hour over the water with the sun hitting the tops of the trees. It was a great location for a sunset dinner. It made for a truly memorable moment on our trip.
