It was ruined in about a year by the new owner Lawrence Flitton. He screwed up numerous projects. I am personally aware of three projects he was contracted for and screwed each owner over. He is a scam artist. Clueless as to what he is doing. No communication of any kind. He took money and I have no idea what it was spent on but it wasn't the pool. When he put the business up for sale he even faked reviews on Google to make it look good. One of the owners he screwed over left a negative review. Then Lawrence made a fake review immediately after so it showed up higher than the negative review. A pool is supposed to be to make dreams come true and make great family memories. This has been nothing short of a nightmare for my family and me. It has truly been the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with in my life. Keep in mind, I lost everything I owned in the 2018 eruption and I would rather go through that ordeal another 100x then deal with this. It has been over a year and all I have is a very expensive hole in the yard with cement in it. The con artist known as Lawrence Flitton couldn't even get the contractor's license for the business. In order to sell it, he had to original owner get another license so he could attach it to the business, sell it and run. Lawrence found his mark in a couple by the name of Justin and Janice Wiberg. He sold them the business. The new owners were introduced as the "project manager". Then two days later they introduced themselves as the new owner. The new owners said all the right things for the first 2 to 3 weeks..."we have to get this finished, this has been going on far too long, you have been extremely patient, we are here to make this right, you were screwed over by Lawrence, this will be complete in 30 days", blah, blah, blah. It was all lip service. They did one step towards the completion of the pool and they did finally get most of the equipment over to me but not all of it. The one honest thing the new owners did do was approach Lawrence after I told them about the fake review. Then Lawrence removed the fake review from Google so they did do that. However, since then, they said we can't do anything more. We need to complete jobs that are paying then we can see what we can do. No timeline, no response, no anything after that. They are supposed to send updates out every Friday...nodda. They were supposed to call today to work something out...nodda. AVOID THIS COMPANY. You will regret it if you work with them. The only option I have now is to bring in the attorneys but as the saying goes, "I am not sure how you get blood out of a turnip". If the new owners actually do what they promised they would do I will update this review. As long as this review is here, then they are just another mainlander who came over to make their money, screw the people who are here when they realize they are in over their heads and run away. Just like Lawrence did. Please note, all the positive reviews on Google were before Lawrence Flitton took over the business. Sorry, I have no idea why my name shows as California. I have never lived in CA and I live and am a resident on the Big Island of Hawaii.

I've herd good gossip about SCV and there quality plastering.....This was not the case, they were so sloppy the whole pool has to be chipped out and redone. My 7 year old son could of done a better job. There was concrete all over the tile, nothing was flat and cracks everywere. They didnt show up the following day to acid wash it the following day. Ive waited 18 months to swim in my dream pool and now i have to have my brand new pool jackhammered because of there horrid job. Stay away and save your self.
