I have 2 issues with this company…read more 1) extra charges 2) pool turned green I cannot believe the way this company operates, especially about billing for services and supplies, Do not give this company free rein over your pool and ask them what they charge for, and watch what they charge for, and how much they use and charge you for. After telling me they only charge for "specialty chemicals" and sending me a list of what specialty chemicals were, I got charged for normal chemicals and more of the chemicals than what they actually put in. ( we watched) I also asked that they notify me when any "specialty chemicals" were being put in because I didn't want surprises on my monthly bill. When they started taking care of the "chemical only" weekly service, our pool began to turn green. This was a week before the hurricane . ( this was the first time in 10 years our pool turned green) we vacuumed the pool at least once a week during this time as we had done before. After I complained one too many times about extra charges, Chris told me to forget the last invoice and we could go our separate ways. It's been two weeks and after doing the pool ourselves, we finally got it back to beautiful clear blue. As far as what they do well, I only have to say they are good at making promises that they don't stand by. As far as what to improve, work on honest business practices, and care about your customers as much as you care about the "bottom line."

We had a tough time controlling yellow algae in our pool, I had allowed the chemicals in the pool to get way out of balance and our 21/2 year old pool looked terrible and we were ashamed to have friends or family over to use it. Brady promptly responded to our request for help, we had our 22,00 gallon pool drained, acid washed and, upon Brady's advice, replaced the sand (450 pounds of it), what a difference! The pool looks better than it ever has and the cost was very reasonable. Now we look forward to having our grandchildren and friends over. I highly recommend this business for their fair cost, professional service and sound advice.

They told me they "had to stock some shelves and answer some emails and I could come back in about 15minutes and they would get to it". Really? Stocking your shelves and answering email is more important than a customer standing in front of you asking to get a water test and possibly make a purchase? I explained I had made a special trip out for this and I was confused as to why they couldn't help me as there was literally no other customers in the store. Seems they value stocking shelves more than making money and helping customers. It was so strange to be treated that way.
