The home had tons of space for our family of 5 and was one of the few properties with an extended backyard overlooking the ocean. The rental also came with beach club passes that were amazing. The club beach was clean, beautiful, and provided chairs and cabanas for members as well as having access to a private restaurant and bar on the beach. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful whenever we had questions regarding the property. We would 100% stay here again the next time we visit the island!

This company is just helping her keep what is ours. During our walk through it was even discussed how a door was damaged when we moved in and they charged us $463 for a closet door!!! I have pictures showing a bathroom drawer when we moved in with used floss, roaches, and hair. Termite poop on our bathroom counter, black mold in the washing machine I tried to scrub. Broken kitchen tile when we moved in. We left the house cleaner than We received it. Lived with a house full of termites that they would not deal with. Boundless said one thing at my walk through and then charged for things never mentioned and damage from before we moved in.

Even though there is no air conditioning keeping doors open and the fans going it was comfortable. We had an issue with the tv, it just quit working. I messaged with Dani and we tried a few things that didn't work. And the next day while we were out they replaced the tv. What great service! She and I e-mailed back and forth over a # of weeks and she provided an over-view of many of the attractions available, some for free and others through various 'adventure' companies. We searched many properties in the area and found a luxury condo on the property managed by Jason. The unit (on Hainoa street) was perfect. Clean, quiet, great view, and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the grill malfunctioning and Jason was all over it, ultimately fixing it on Easter Sunday. He was immediately responsive and managed to find a repair person, get them to respond and address the problem, all while constantly following up with me and the repair guy. I have rented a number of nice vacation homes over the years and the is the best service I have ever seen. If you are going to the big island, I would highly recommend this unit. 3br/3ba that is just perfect. Nice touches like Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella.
