Bought one battery pallet jack over here about 1 year ago, the price is marked up which I later found out, but they failed to asemble it the right way at first place, leaving it loose and missing parts. I had to schedule for that. That is nothing compared to what happened later. I sent my normal working condition pallet jack which has a slightly limited turning radius because the cover was dented from cargo fallen. Only after their "repair", it became extremly slow moving back. I called them for help, they even dare to say it was "brought in like that" .then I had to come back, they just made it totally dead, and claiming it has nothing to do with what they JUST did. Now they give me an "estimate" to restore it to working condition for over $1,000, or I just have to leave it like that, damaged. I know places which sell a new one same exact model for $2100 with extra battery, here I spent around 3,500, see what I got in return. By far the best place to purchase warehouse equipment in the industry. My company needed something that could easily move more than 2000lbs at ground level. I called in, not knowing much about this type of equipment and the operations manager helped me narrow down my best choice. I ended up purchasing the WPT45....was delivered on time with no issues. So after I posted my review, they immediately reached out to me and a few days later my equipment was fixed. The brake was replaced and works great. They also touched up the paint which was nice. While the issue was promptly fixed, it was very apparent that they were taking care of the issue because of my review and not because it was the right thing to do being that it was a factory defect. I would've liked to have been able to update my review to 5 stars but that just wasn't my experience. I appreciate them fixing the issue and I appreciate that they seem to make a quality product. We had a Big Joe stacker for 3+ years. The battery and the motor stopped working and needed to be replaced. Initially, we had issues with cost and replacement and had trouble resolving the differences. But after working with Kailey, she was able to have the machine repaired at a reasonable cost. Overall, the machine was solid and the ownership was very helpful. read more

Working with this company was literally a waste of time. They had agreed to price match Ulines price for a pallet stacker plus $95 shipping extra which i agreed to pay. They suggested they would provide better service and i thought the $95 would be worth it. The salesperson Brad suggested that the company would only make $300 dollars on the transaction, but that was okay for them. After i drove the entire way through los angeles traffic for over an hour, After the visit they gave me the classic bait and switch and said they needed an additional $354. I had the offer in writing for what it is worth. No reason was given. I bought the ULINE. Saved a lot of money and it works great. read more
