He has been very accommodating and helpful when I overslept for an early flight as well (not only did he wait, but he called my phone repeatedly and we made record time to the airport)! Then I paid in cash, and company charged the CC I had on hold as well. After numerous calls, finally supposed to get it refunded (not yet confirmed). Good service, but HUGE PAIN to get this fixed afterwards. UPDATE: Got it refunded. They need a better system to keep track of actual cash payments, because the dispatcher basically told me he had to take me at my word that I paid in cash in order to refund me (I did).

So of course we planned out our transportation way ahead of time... 24 hours before the wedding we decide it might not be the best idea to take a cab and just hope we can find a way back. I called around to probably 10 limo and car services and not only were most booked, but all but a few were quoting me $400+. I talked to Baha and they gave me a middle of the road quote, but said they'd be more than happy to negotiate pending the details of the trip. I put Baha on the "maybe" list and continued calling around. Before I even got around to making call backs, I got a friendly call back from Baha and they offered to match or beat anything else I found. I ended up getting a great price on round trip service in a 7 passenger SUV. The next day the driver did about 9 memorably awesome things (And yes, I tried to think of 1 more to get to an even 10, but really it was just 9): 1. He showed up 10 minutes early with a super clean black Navigator. 2. He asked us to hold onto our money until he finished the job and to only pay if we were happy with the trip. Not all salesy like either, it really felt like a genuine request. 3. He agreed to make a pit stop at a liquor store on the way out. 4. He played solid music all the way there. 5. He smiled and laughed off how obnoxious we were during the ride. 6. He was really flexible with our pickup time and wasn't even upset when he had to wait around while we wrangled 6 drunks back into the SUV. 7. He laughed off what I'm sure was an even more obnoxious ride home. 8. He agreed to drop us off at the bars instead of our pickup location. 9. And the kicker. He refused to take anything more than the amount we had originally agreed upon. He simply requested that I write him a stellar Yelp review. Done and done. To clarify in case there was any confusion, highly recommended and I personally plan to use Baha again next time I need a car service or limo.

For less than a cab ride, he took us where we needed to go, and my parents ended up using him to get to the airport a few days later. Recently, when I was coming back from London and my mom was flying in to SF on the same day, my dad reminded us of Go Go and this time James picked my mom up and then returned a few hours later to pick me up. I used Go Go again this past weekend when flying back from Wisconsin. This time, Allen picked me up, and was extremely patient and courteous after my flight was delayed by almost three hours and my bags were delayed, getting me in past midnight. He even had a cold bottle of water waiting for me. I've not had much luck using the various van services when flying in to SFO and I always dread the thought of an hour long Bart ride after being on a plane. Go Go Transportation is professional and courteous. Their cars are clean and their communication is excellent. In addition, their prices are extremely reasonable and in my mind, totally worth it to have a confirmed safe, comfortable ride back home after a long day of flying. I highly recommend Go Go the next time you're looking for a ride to or from the airport.

Go Go Transportation (limousine service)…read more I usually do not go out of my way to take this type of transportation- but when the taxi hasn't arrived after 30 minutes and not one has come by for the last 15 and its the weekend at around 8 pm- well my chances were pretty slim to none.A limo sedan pulled over and inquired if I needed a ride- to whichI said, "YES!- I have been waiting for hours!" ok- i know- but it certainly felt like hours :-) I arrived at my friend's place an hour late- but little did I know that the service would continue on to the next day. I awoke to head back home when I realized my purse was missing. I called my friend's house to find out if I had left it behind- but having done a house search it was nowhere to be found. This left only the other possible place- the limo car. I still had the business card he had given me- and decided to give a call...but no answer. I left a message detailing my purse and went about my day canceling cards. I got a call later in the afternoon and Matt (the limo driver) asked me for a more accurate description- to which I noted other details. Finally he said assuredly, "Yes I do have it- I was just making sure. Where and When would you like me to bring it?" I found my purse back with its contents still intact- Matt (who is also the owner of the limo service) would not accept a reward- but I insisted upon his time and gas expenditure and finally managed him to accept! I was impressed by his humble and caring nature- I was glad to find my purse back but even happier to know that people like Matt- honest and dutiful, still exist today to make life a little better for the rest of us. PS- Limo car was spotless with a nice clean smell!

He was able to easily map out the best route to the wineries and figured out which ones were close by. He was easily able to change route if we decided to go to another winery. Before I could even get my seat belt unfastened, he had my door open. Instead of having a boring Sedan, Exquisite has a new BMW 745 Li. It is a great car; very comfortable and quite, which makes the trip that much more enjoyable. We are already planning on our next trip, to Napa this time, and we will definitely be using Exquisite Transportation again!!
