He told me he could get the glass by the following day and would come to my residence to install it between 2-3:30 PM. He arrived promptly at 2 PM and was very cordial and courteous . He briefly explained what he would be doing and told me it would take about an hour. Shortly after 3 PM the work was complete. Joseph made sure there was no broken glass both in the vehicle and on the ground. In my opinion, being 73, Joseph and Villages Auto Glass is OLD SCHOOL Customer Service. In these times that is a HUGE compliment. Villages Auto glass also saved me over $250 on what Safelite wanted to charge me for the same service.

I took my car to Wild Thangz to get the windows tinted. After more than a decade the old tint was…read moreliterally cooked to the windows and the rubber stripping around them was deteriorating. After dealing with some places in the past, or them never getting around to actually doing the work I took a chance on getting the tinting redone here. They got on it right away, got every bit of the old tint off, and put the new on. What a beautiful job they did, too! One of the guys working there asked if I'd like the car detailed and cleaned up. I said, sure, why not. When I saw that car afterwards, I could not believe my eyes. As old as the car is, it looked showroom ready. The last time I saw it looking that good was when I bought it. I had no words for how incredible it looked! I noticed they also do mechanic work and we will be taking the truck in to get some major work done. After seeing the care they took with my vehicle, I am so thankful to have found them. The guys working there are friendly, not intimidating, and most of all, honest.
