The company is reputable and did not try to charge me for any extra "mess" even when someone spilled a bit of beer. My only complaint was that the bus was advertised as having "Bluetooth and auxiliary" capabilities for playing music. However after driving around for 15 minutes, none of us were able to figure out how to get out phones connected. The driver eventually pulled off and helped us get the radio going.
