This franchise located in Gainesville Florida moved me from Gainesville to Jacksonville and did what I thought was a good job initially. They put my things in a storage building and I'm just now getting them out seeing all of the damage that they did to my belongings. I paid extra for them to wrap pictures correctly and they were put in a box against each other scratching most of them. They also broke and scratched many pieces of my furniture. When speaking to the "manager" of the store he proceeded to tell me that I did the damages when moving from the storage building to my home. He had no regard for my belongings and made every excuse of why his workers did not do the damage. Run far away from this company they don't care about the customer.

I hired Collin and Thoroughbred Moving Services for U-box delivery and loading…read more He and his team called ready to arrive an hour early, and even though I wasn't ready (and never would have been in an hour), and told them so, they offered to come and helped me get the final touches done...which included some furniture disassembly and wrapping. They then continued to be patient, incredibly professional, careful, and helpful throught the ENTIRE loading process that included: my 2nd floor apartment into both a Ubox and Uhaul Trailer (that i was towing), as well as a storage unit...AND a professional sized pilates reformer, rowing machine, and touring bike. It was incredible! Collin even broke the loading up between locations to ensure MY priority items were loaded. Who does that!? He does. I am so lucky to have hired him, and am in awe of how hard he and his team worked to make sure I had all the help I needed to finalize getting a few big things packed up, and then loaded.
