That guy was Ron, the owner and operator of the place. Along with his wife Glennis and their son Jordan, they run a very busy and friendly place. I probably get the urge for ribs once every 3 weeks on average and I've gotten the brisket several times too. All of it is excellent. The only downside is that they often sell out early. So if you're going after 6 pm, call ahead to make sure they still have some food for you.
