Today, we visited because Tim needed a very specific green paint. After looking for awhile, I found it and it was a good price. The only downside is sometimes the paint prices are way higher that what you will get online (a difference of $5-10$), so we will check forst, and if we can get the same paint for $6, it'll be like $17 here. Which is kinda weird to me because the store is so big, and always pretty active, so it doesn't make sense to have such a significant difference in price. That's my only issue. otherwise, the place is clean, the customer service reps are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and you can expect to have a friendly conversation regarding your purchases. We left satisfied and we always come back!

They had a buy 3, get 1 free promotion so we decided to buy 8 wax melts and had such a hard time narrowing it down to just 8! Instead of taking ownership and helping resolve the issue, CoolStuffInc has been completely unhelpful. Shipping problems happen. Poor customer service is a choice. I've been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will seriously reconsider ordering from CoolStuffInc again. Extremely poor customer service and accountability.

I've been collecting cards for years. So I've been in several card shops in my time. There really isn't any shops better then this one, around the Orlando area. I have not had any bad experiences with them. I haven't ever seen them out of any modern sealed product. The staff are always eager help but they do not hover over you or push products on you. Prices are pretty much on par! Yes you could probably find a couple of things cheaper somewhere else. With the other 95% of products match or beat online prices. Guys please remember this, no matter what card shop you prefer. Card shops are a big part of the hobby! I completely understand most people are looking for deals. BUT we as collectors should be looking for experiences more than just deals! read more

This is one of those places that you never think to go into, but once you do, you never want to leave. We go several times a week because there is so much to see and look at! They are very proactive with the customers and think of fun and creative ways to make you want to keep going back. The price of product is marked up of course, as the market right now is out of control for cards, but they do have loose packs and single cards that are fairly priced imo. The service was incredible by people passionate about those products. The value was also great as I cross checked with Amazon and the prizes were comparable. They also have snacks and drinks that are not super expensive. $1 for a can of coke seems reasonable. We will be coming back to get another Warhammer set as soon as we build our new tank!
