The only downside is sometimes the paint prices are way higher that what you will get online (a difference of $5-10$), so we will check forst, and if we can get the same paint for $6, it'll be like $17 here. Which is kinda weird to me because the store is so big, and always pretty active, so it doesn't make sense to have such a significant difference in price. That's my only issue. otherwise, the place is clean, the customer service reps are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and you can expect to have a friendly conversation regarding your purchases. The main reason being that the parking lot is much more friendly, there are plenty of spots, and the store seemed less busy overall. It's located as a standalone which I think is mainly why it's a little less chaotic than its sister store. They have all the same offerings you'd expect to find for this chain. Staff was super friendly and I was greeted throughout my entire store visit. I was offered help twice as well. I knew what I wanted and I grabbed a few things and checked out their clearance sections per usual. They do have some really great deals on summer toys right now at 40% off, which is very tempting given hot Florida days! Overall: A+ Out of the way from our house, but definitely worth a little bit of an extra hike for a great experience.

This offer is completely inadequate--it neither compensates for the significant drop in value nor provides the expected remedy of a replacement card in correct condition as per their website's return policy. Coolstuffinc needs to honor its grading standards and provide fair resolutions to long-term customers who receive damaged goods. Buyers beware: "Near Mint" may mean "Damaged." Given their quality control and refusal to make it right, I strongly recommend finding another card store for your purchases.
