On their last visit, I was told they couldn't get on the roof to inspect for possible entry points and that I needed to hire a roofer myself. Woods came out and inspected around for possible entry points and didn't find any obvious signs of infestation. They suggested the bat had flown into the room and roosted somewhere inside the house (!) during the day. So that night we left our bedroom windows opened, door closed and slept in another br.
