If you won't let me first tell you about the inspector in both cases, Ernesto Lopez. To the point he is just simply a nice guy, fair, honest, reliable, and did a complete inspection explaining every aspect of what was needed. As for the 1st inspection of a house I had just purchased Orkin, based on his review saved me around $1500. (the sellers had their own inspection) Baecause of that I asked him to inspect a house i was selling whereby a different company estimated a cost of $26000. Orkins cost was around $11000. , $3500 of which was woodwork. Here's the thing, Ernesto said if we did the work he would come back and inspect it and if completed to his satisfaction would submit a clearance to show the work had been done. And that's exactly what he did. That house is now under contract. I know people have different experiences and knowing you have to pay to kill the little critters infecting you home is not the most pleasant thing to do ,but if you have to, it at least takes a little bit of the sting out when you can rely on the honest and fair services and their employees, especially if you have one like Ernesto.

Woods came out and inspected around for possible entry points and didn't find any obvious signs of infestation. They suggested the bat had flown into the room and roosted somewhere inside the house (!) during the day. So that night we left our bedroom windows opened, door closed and slept in another br. Sure enough, no more bat since then. It must've found its way out. Although they didn't actually remove a bat, they made the effort to come out and investigate. Much appreciated! The saga continues. O'Connor calls me to tell me there is a $175 early termination fee. I remind…read morethem that they have failed to show up for six months. She informs me that I owe the company two more services since they've only provided two visits in one year and I would have to pay the early termination fee. I told her to mail me the contract showing that there is a contractual agreement to four service visits. This doesn't excuse them of tricking a customer (probably many customers) into signing an agreement at the first service. Angel handed me a piece of paper which looked like a service visit receipt and asked me to sign it for his service -- which I did. Complete fraudsters -- I'll continue to report back.
