Compared to other Kohl's that I've visited, the menswear department was tidy and well fluffed. Neat and organized. There was not a ton of stuff dripping everywhere and the racks were tidy. The shopping area was a little tight in places but the merchandise was well laid out and the mannequins were dressed in the right styles. The shirts and ties were well matched too. The young lady at the register was polite and prompt.

I had explained to the lady pharmacy clerk that I shouldn't be billed no more than $4.00 for each of my prescription except for 1 prescription. So she resubmitted the prescriptions that weren't going through correctly again and she was able to get my prescriptions covered. If she had not tried to resubmit my prescriptions I would not have been able to pay for the prescriptions and would have to go without them. I am so very thankful that the employee was not a computer or automated system because I would have not been helped. I will keep using the Walmart Pharmacy and recommending them.

Everett is not a very big place to begin with and to build this here might have been a bit of overkill. They were attempting to give you this false sense that this place is big and will have everything you can imagine. Well if that is what you are thinking all I can say is take a trip here and see if you can get everything on your shopping list. All the aisles are narrow and shorter than all other super centers you will come across. You will have to either wait to make it through an aisle or walk forever until you find one that you can go down. As for the merchandise, you will find the most popular items on the shelf, but not the one you want. I couldn't find a single item that I was looking for, but I found a lot of the Walmart branded items for those items. Only good side, self checkouts.

I wandered through the store, browsing as I went. I didn't see anything worth noting or getting. The layout of the store was familiar to competitors. The departments are defined and easy to find/navigate. Pricing seems to be about the same as competitors. Selection, at least to me, appears to be limited. I really did not see much that caught my eye. Before long, I found myself back to the mall entrance and out of the store.

Others call it theft) for themselves to develop this and future stores. So now when we buy something at Rural King, we not only pay a price on goods which includes operating expenses, and company profit, but we get charged extra to pay for some future non existent store at some unknown location which may or may not ever open and that we will never shop in. No thanks. I left without making a purchase and don't plan to return as long as they steal from their customers.

I was looking for a pair of Ariat boots and found several pair marked as on sale for $29.91! At checkout I bought other things but the price of the boots came up as over $100.00! I asked for the manager and when she came over she told me that the prices on ALL THE BOOTS in the store was WRONG! She could not give me the boots for the advertised price. When I got home I followed up and talked to another manager and he said something was not right about the way I was treated and agreed to help me out. That was about 2 weeks ago and after talking to him several times, he promised me to make things right. As of today, two weeks later nothing had been done! I even emailed Corporate and they never replied! Not a good experience. They don't seem to care about either their customers or the accuracy of their boot prices!

But a bit of a flea market thrown in where you almost never know what's going to be in stock from day to day. Books, lawn furniture, living room sets, towels, winter boots and kitchenware. Most of it displayed on fixtures that don't match from aisle to aisle, or simply stacked on plywood that's supported by cinder blocks. The store isn't the place you go if you've got Asberger's. Many aisles are tight and at odd angles. But hey, it's very very cheap!
