I have two kids that eat everything in sight, so I decided the polite thing to do would be to order some groceries (as well as sunscreen) to have on hand during our stay. This Target had a great selection. Pickup was seamless. Staff was friendly. Pricing was a bit high? But I am from the Midwest so it probably is just be a location thing... Overall, our order was correct-- we go everything we needed-- and my kids ate it all!

There were several people in line so I was prepared to wait. There was a white woman in line ahead of me we both waited about 20 minutes before being helped. The employee apologized to the white woman ahead of me for having to wait so long. When I got to the counter there was no apology or anything of the sort she was very haughty like I was bothering her. She didn't say hello I had to greet her only after I said thank you did she say anything. My money spends equally to the white woman's. I have been a long time customer and spends thousands of dollars in the store annually. I notice everything when spending my money words and attitudes.

When he went to pick it up almost an hour later than the time it said it would be ready the lady that came up to the car asked him, "unless you got a text saying it's ready then it's not ready" he asked her if she had an estimated time and she just shrugged and walked off. He sat there for 2 hours and never received them. We called customer support and was told they had changed it from pickup to delivery and we would receive them the next day. Guess what never showed. Called customer support again to be told "due to covid we have lack of staff and drivers but we can refund you and you can go inside the store to do your shopping" Honestly I get it covid has messed everyone up but if you can't do pickups or delivery's don't give estimated times. And if someone calls about their groceries don't give them the run around just be honest. If we had been told "honestly you'd be better off getting a refund we're really backed up" we wouldn't be so pissed.

Merchandise was in the floor, fixtures half empty while others way too full. Brands are mixed, styles are mixed... wasn't sure what I was looking at. Mannequins are missing limbs and their outfits don't match. The only bright spot was the young lady at the front register gave a nice greeting. Others never even said hello or offered assistance. I've worked in retail for many years and whoever manages this store needs to be retrained or demoted.
