This was the company's mistake, yet Hissy Boutique has refused to issue a full refund without me paying for their error. Their proposed solutions were: * A mere 15% refund, expecting me to keep the unwanted item. * An exchange requiring me to pay a $15 exchange fee for them to fix their own error. * A full refund only if I pay the return shipping to their warehouse in Shenzhen, China, which they estimate at $40. It is unacceptable to charge the customer to fix a company's mistake. I caution other US shoppers about these poor business practices. I am filing a claim with my credit card company.
