They have it decorated for Christmas, as a matter of fact almost the entire store looked like a Christmas wonderland. They have several items for your entire home. They have bed and bath items, kitchen and gourmet food items. They have just about anything you might want to decorate your home for both the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. It was after 7:30 pm when I visited, so I didn't stay as long as I wanted to, but I do intent to visit again really soon. HomeGoods is a nice addition to Easley.

The store rep was snippy about it (I was not). Never once through the 5 people I spoke to did anyone offer to re-place the order or offer me anything for my trouble. Just told me that I need to have the charge disputed from an order placed on their website. I really needed these items for a gift so now I have to go somewhere else and shop in a hurry.

At the register I gave them my address and name and then I paid. Once I got home I realized they had somehow used an old rental house address instead of the one I gave them. I then called customer service where the lady could not hear me and after 15minutes finally got the address switched at least from what she told me. Yesterday I was notified that the shoes were delivered to the rental house instead of my new home and the new owners called rack room and were told to return them. So now I have already paid for the shoes and still have no received them in well over a week, despite contacting them and supposedly having the address fixed prior to the order being sent out. I contacted again and they are finally supposed to send the shoes to the new address but they said it will take another week and there isn't anything they can do.

We were there for 5 minutes and in that time the door was locked. As I was walking to the register I realized that I forgot my wallet in the car. As my husband approached the door my daughter ran up to it and a lady that worked there said, "Don't you DARE unlock that door," in a very angry tone. My daughter is 8 years old and wouldn't have known how to unlock the door anyways. I explained that my husband was bringing my debit card in so that I could pay. She went to unlock the door and hatefully told me that she could be fired and was so angry that I sat the shoes down and left. My child literally cried when we got in the car. No more business from me or my family at this location. I would rather drive to Haywood Mall and spend my hard-earned money there. The lady was middle aged with gray/white hair and I think she had glasses, but I was so blindsided by how mean and abrupt that she was that I didn't notice her nametag. Brock's store exudes a country feel. Actually, the decoration screams it. They sell beanies,…read moregloves, very warm jackets, camo clothing, cowboy hats, overalls, cowboy boots, etc. These are all sold at reasonable prices. Bandannas are sold for $1.25, and I got two beanies from here for $7. My brother, father, and I all have a Polar King jacket from here, and they really keep us warm in the cooler months. The decor makes the store stand out, and it's certainly worth popping in just to see it in person.
