Placed online order (directly through the kohls website) and got a email confirmation. My Kohl's card was charged. Now they can't find the order number and tell me that I need to contact the card company to dispute it. Kohls credit card can't help because the charge still says pending and could for several more days. I have spoke to reps on the phone and even went to the store. The store rep was snippy about it (I was not). Never once through the 5 people I spoke to did anyone offer to re-place the order or offer me anything for my trouble. Just told me that I need to have the charge disputed from an order placed on their website. I really needed these items for a gift so now I have to go somewhere else and shop in a hurry. read more

I stopped by Kohls to look for some earrings. They had some nice ones, and they were from 30 to 60 percent off. Kohls' is similar to Belk and they carry a lot of the same brands. Friendly and helpful associates are always a plus. They have men, women and children's clothing. Items for your entire home. They have the Sonoma candles and wax melts, as well as the Yankee Candle products. Kohls also has an Amazon return center in their store which is really convenient. Have tried for 3 days to use the web site to order. Keeps telling me to try later. I finally called the customer service line recomended to place an order. You must be kidding the 1st person I spoke with could not find the items and hung up. I like Kohl"s so much that I shop it while on trips and vacations. This store has sales all the time no matter where you just so happen to be. They have coupons they will send in the mail every so often. They are anywhere between 15 and 30 percent off that can be used in the store. When they send me one for 30 percent off, I go buy something. I needed some items from the store that I ran out of while on my weekend vacation to South Carolina. By the way, this was the first time I have ever been to South Carolina. The customer service was the best as I was helped out on my shopping. Then, finally was met by a smiling friendly face at check out. We were talking about where to get coffee. She advised me on where to go and get some. Although, I didn't get any, it's the thought that counts. In summary, if I ever visit this state again I will certainly come back to this department store. Well let me say this, management is horrible here. I have a daughter that's attending college and when she came home she was would work there. Per the previous rules, she had to work there at least once a month. She did this for a year. Now it's 2020 and they say she has to work now every week at least one day out of the week. While she was home on the winter break, they used her and worked all the hours they could get from her. Now once she got back to college, they terminated her over the phone after she got her last check!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! THEY DON'T LOVE COLLEGE KIDS TRYING TO BETTER THEMSELVES!!! read more

I go to this store often. Clothes, shoes, jewelry, fragrances, and cooking items are sold at this location. Pre-COVID the store was well stocked and didn't have any issues. During COVID there has been many stock issues, however I do not know if it's the stores issue or shipping issues. So, overall I recommend anyone to shop here just keep in mind there maybe stock issues. read more

I love this store. It's smaller than the Greenville store, but easier to get to if you live near downtown Greenville. For the most part I've been able to find everything I look for and more, especially when there are great coupons and Kohl's cash. The cashiers are friendly, and management is always present making sure the lines move quickly. read more

I was shopping with my 16 yr old daughter at this Kohl's location in Easley, SC, and was very impressed by an employee there. Her name is Becca, and she was so helpful. She knew where the items I was looking for were, and she was very patient and kind.
