However, I have been to this store numerous times in hopes of having a good shopping experience but have found the staff to be most unfriendly and rude. You may or may not be greeted and they stare at you as you browse instead of offering to show you something. I don't think the concept that they need to sell to the customers in order to stay in business and keep their retail jobs has reached their brain yet. It's unfortunate as we are limited with local shopping options. Update: the owner of the business contacted me via yelp and we spoke via telephone regarding my concerns. She apologized for the lack of service I received at her business and assured me my concerns would be addressed with her staff. I grew up in Gloucester and I can remember when we only had a regular Wal-Mart. When Super Wal-Mart was built, I remember skipping school just to join in the celebration of something new and exciting happening in little ol' Gloucester. The store is always clean, the employees tend to be in a pleasant mood, and I've never had an occasion where something was not in stock. I've never actually had a bad experience ever at this store. I no longer live in the area, but you can bet that when I do come visit Gloucester, Wal-Mart will be a "must stop at" on my list.
