The salesperson who checked me out was Christen- well he messed up badly. 1. He did not apply the extra 40% off my red tag items. 2. I purchased shoes that had a security tag- HE DID NOT REMOVE THE SECURITY TAG. Everyone makes mistakes, but I would need to make a 2hr drive back to rectify his error. I just request everyone pay attention when checking out- the customer and the salesclerk!

When we entered to purchase a birthday gift card for my MIL. "Right back here, sir." Well, there are two comfortable chairs, a large flat screen, Roku powered TV, a Kuerig for coffee, bottles of water, a bowl full of M&M's and fresh made chocolate chip cookies, all complimentary! I was very surprised by the thoughtfulness. The store owner, Mary Ann, is known to have said, "There's no such thing as too much bling!" And she is a big Audrey Hepburn fan - "everything in here is influenced by Tiffany (Holly Golightly, IYKYK). And it shows. The store is ever evolving in styles and is part fashion clothing and jewelry and part art gallery, as Town magazine accurately describes the boutique. Mary Ann is bringing NY Fashion design to Greenville. But, she also knows how to make the space for patiently waiting amenable to the men, which probably also helps with their agreement to the fashion budget. There was even a hint that a complimentary cold beverage was available! We felt very welcomed and she even knew my MIL and her style as we were discussing whilst buying the gift card. This is the way to build trust and relationships with the clientele.
