I have also gone there five times for advertised bacon. out each time. I drove over ten miles each time. Very expensive for switch and bait. The mgr called me after I presented this complaint to the store and was very apologetic and promised they would have the roasts all of the next two days. Went back just after 3:00 the next day and they only had the vacuum bagged ribeyes for one dollar more. This guy never runs out of tricks to keep his profit above ad prices. This has much less labor involved because they only have to weigh and put out. The clerk acted like I was stupid for wanting an item after the butcher left at two. There were no stockers yet they had canned goods, bread, produce, drinks, etc. We ALWAYS had backup meat on racks in the back to keep the counter full. I worked several stores for three companies and we would have been fired for intentionally not having products this consistently. I was offered the sale price but it would have been 70 dollars for the whole ribeye! This has ruined my Christmas plans.

It's conveniently located and I have to say it's the only reason why I shop there when I run errands. The inside is usually cluttered and a mess. I find the way the store is set up is not to my liking. Usually the cleaning isle is near the household supply aisle along with automotive products. This store separates them so you're going from one end of the store to the other to shop which is not conducive to a quick in and out stop. It also makes it difficult for the elderly to shop who frequent these types of stores due to limited income. They never have enough shopping carts so you have to search for one or wait until someone leaves the store which again is very inconvenient and adds to your shopping time. BUT the most important reason why I try to avoid this store is their lack of customer service. On several visits my husband and I noticed employees standing around talking while products needed to be unpacked from their boxes and placed on empty shelves. Long lines at the register, one person operating one cash register while two other employees are standing behind the register line when there's eight people waiting to get checked out. It's sad and ridiculous that a customer has to tell them to jump on a register to help out! I blame all this on two reasons: an lazy manager and a uncaring staff! I've always been taught that to have a great business it must start at the top, the manager is the lodestone to whom all employees look to for example and guidance. This manager needs to adopt a different attitude focused on customer service then hopefully conditions at this store will change!
