Well we bought a living room set 18 months ago. Not an inexpensive set either. Originally we were pleased with our purchase however about 2 months ago the loveseat started to fall apart!!! I purchased a king bed frame manufactured by Ashley Furniture on 5/31/2025 from Furniture Palace 3106 S. Florida Ave Inverness, FL 34450 from Salesman Lee Scholet. The bed was delivered on 6/16/25 and right after the delivery driver left, we noticed there was a defect with how the footboard was built. We contacted Lee at Furniture Palace and sent him pictures. They ordered another footboard to replace the defective one. Today, 6/30/25, they delivered the replacement and that footboard was in even worse condition, so we refused the delivery. I contacted the store to request a refund, and they told me to contact the owner. I sent pictures and the owner called me back and said it was a manufacturers defect and all of them were like that. He would not refund our money. I want to return the bed request a full refund in the amount of $561.69, which is the amount that I paid in full. read more

Read previous reviews before going to this location. They do NOT offer financing so one reviewer was incorrect . However, I literally was in and out writhing 15 minutes!!! Great customer service from Chuck, found exactly what I was looking for and made arrangements for it to be delivered 4 days later!! Sofa is in my living room after a very efficient delivery and set up (at no additional charge mind you) and I couldn't be happier!! I have purchased numerous pieces of furniture over the last year and a half....every piece had an issue or customer service problem. I have tried Badcock, Farmers and Hudson's...each had problems (delivery, damage, etc). After finding Furniture Palace you can be certain I will never return to those other stores. My husband came home from the hospital on hospice. A hospital bed was uncomfortable for him so I decided to shop for a lay flat lift recliner that raised his legs above his heart. It also had to be comfortable enough to sleep on as well. I stopped at several furniture stores in Inverness and although they all had decent chairs none of them had exactly what I was looking for. When I walked into Furniture Palace the salesman Lee was extremely helpful. The prices were comparable to the other stores except here delivery was free not the $100-$150 the other stores wanted and removal of our old recliner was free as well. He demonstrated every feature and when he heard my husband was on hospice, he arranged to have the chair delivered within the hour. Our first time to visit the store, we were looking for mattresses. The store is very clean and very impressed with the quality of the furniture and mattresses. I conider that one star is lot more than what is deserved. They miss represent themselves. The prices are not as labeled. They offer financing only to tell you that the advertised price dosent qualify for that price. They get out there calculator and add to the advertised price resulting in a 30 percent mark up. We went from a 4000 dollar purchase to 5500 with their special calculations. Stupid and not an experience i would wish on my worst enemy. A waste of time and energy. read more

We went to the store at 3106 S. Florida Ave.(S.R. 41) in Inverness. We gave Lee all the necessary info to show us only those mattresses that fit our request. Absolutely AMAZING Customer Service! NO pressure to upsell (like other Furniture stores in Citrus County). Exactly what we were looking for at EXACTLY the price points, FREE DELIVERY & Take Away of our old bed! Every detail of the transaction was explained in detail, all store policies were explained in detail, and Lee could not have been more accommodating, professional or personable.
