We were leaving for a trip and I needed to run in and get a few things and I go to check out and Judy, the cashier never said "hi" or "did you find everything okay." She said absolutely NOTHING. Which first of all is horrible customer service, someone either hates their job or hates their life. Not sure which. But besides the point, it was rude. Judy proceeded to check me out and the card station froze and I told her what it was doing and she basically told me that I was rushing and I messed it up and when "you have a chip card you have to leave it in the machine or it will not work" it had NOTHING to do with my card. The MACHINE froze, but I guess blaming the customer is acceptable too. I asked her if I could go get cash if that would be easier or if we could use a different register and she looked at me and said "I'm trying to fix it....... (long pause)..... but I'll switch the register. You will just have to wait!" After almost 15 minutes of being blamed and rude glares Judy and I parted ways. Dollar General you've done it again.

My husband did not keep the receipt but I went back to the store with his credit card and the sour cream and indicated what time and which register the sour cream was purchased at. They would do absolutely nothing but tell me to call back on Monday morning, Because I did not have a proof of purchase. I showed on my credit card where we had spent almost $90 at the store there earlier in the day. Still nothing. I tried calling to leave a message for the manager, and they said they take a message but I would still have to call back. They would not call me. I have been to dozens of Walmarts within the United States. Just because this Walmart is among the…read morecleanest, does not give the employees a right to almost push myself or my family out of the aisle because they are working. This happens everytime we are here. Today was the worst. Main aisles were blocked my multiple employees with carts who acknowledged but refused to move their cart (with wheels might I add), an employee literally reached behind my daughter and I while I was in the spice aisle with my back against the opposite side, a older gentleman was pushing a cart as if he was in a race against the clock and pushing his way past us (multiple times that trip) to which he ended up ramming his cart into one of the shelves and on our way out of the store there were a few employees in the middle between the frozen aisles and the meat area all with carts off to the side....that wasn't the problem. The problem was the woman who came trying to push past us with the little space that we had to which we had to readjust our cart so we were not hit by her. Highly unprofessional and very discouraging to continue to go back to a place that allows their employees to conduct work in that manner. They endanger the shoppers that are there. If I could give negative stars I would. Get it together!

Other than obvious space for people to gas up at the pumps there is no marked parking. People park wherever and however, often blocking the way for others to navigate through the lot. One positive is that they have 90 octane gas without alcohol for your lawn equipment. It is in the pump closest to the car wash. Speaking of car wash, don't waste your time with this one. It is fair at best. I had to dry off my car by hand afterwards after the $10 wash. The blow dryer made noise but didn't do the job. My father-in-law used to come here for smokes and lottery tickets. He liked the staff because they were like he was. My experience: Some are friendly and one was a genuine smart Alec, to use a polite word. This accurately reflects the attitude of the owners in my estimation.
