Called Meadville store immediately and was informed to call customer care 800 number, in which I did. The rep I spoke with informed me that the driver would be back in 20-30 mins which didn't happen. I have called customer service several times regarding the issue and being told by every rep that refund request has been submitted and have to wait 10 days for refund, this is unacceptable being I am disabled having mobility issues, a compressed immune system and high risk of falls.....this was my groceries for a couple weeks, now without groceries and monies!!! Even with Walmart + membership and still not correcting problems! Disgusted beyond belief

Went back the following day (Sunday) and was told no-one was there to fix the situation. Went back Monday and the person couldn't "get into my account." Had to return a third time and again was told they "Couldn't access my account." Luckily a T-Mobile store was close and after running back and forth, I got a different phone and went on my way. Fast forward 1 week later, I get my T-Mobile bill. The plan I have had for 3 years was changed without discussion or my consent by the Walmart employee. My bill went from $70 to $200. I remember stating more than once that I was very happy with my current plan that had been recommended by a Walmart employee (different person) 3 years before. I now had to spend an hour on the phone with T-Mobile to get this straightened out. Shame on the employee changing my plan without my knowledge, without my consent, and with no discussion.

Additionally over 50% of the purchase were totally different style Black boot from the 1950s which were deceptively covered up by a layer the Boots that I thought I had purchased. You will find a common theme within them pointing to to the customers always being out to scam/get them, threaten them etc. Do yourself a favor and do business with someone positive feedback and reviews. Someone that actually wants your business.

However, this is something that you need to know in advance. As I had walked the half mile to the store, I had to, of course, walk the half mile home, juggling twelve small items, and dropping one or two along the way. In all my hundreds, if not thousands of trips to various Dollar Trees, I'd never been told I could not have a bag. Other people in line were given bags. Why wasn't I given a bag? Honestly, I was too embarrassed to argue with the employee, and was trying to figure out how I was going to walk home with all these items... Next time I go in, I'll be talking to the manager.

Cashier suggested that I just pickup the ice as I exit, after paying for it along with my other items. Second service compliment was that I needed a medical device to relieve pain for my daughter. Website said there were 4 in stock but I couldn't find any. Customer service rep also saw 4 in inventory and actually walked over to confirm the shelf inventory. When she could not locate the physical inventory, she checked other stores in Erie and instructed me where to go! I have always been happy with my shopping visits to a very well stocked store!

This pattern repeated itself over & over for THREE DAYS until finally my groceries were delivered on the afternoon of June 13, 2026. I had multiple calls with your distribution center & their service was professional & they tried their best to get my deliveries, filing complaints & contacting the store directly but the Walmart store in Edinboro kept providing the excuse that no drivers were available. Was no one in their customer area getting deliveries over this 3 day period or was I the only one for some reason? Then I would get emails stating that I can always cancel the order or come to the store & pick it up. I did not pay for a Walmart+ Membership to drive to the store for my order. I could do that without the membership fee. I find this level of non-service unacceptable. I paid for a Walmart+ membership in order to get my groceries delivered. There is no excuse not to have a driver arranged especially since my orders are typically placed 12 hours in advance. I am in my 70's & rely on the delivery service for food & medicine. For 3 days I was denied this service that I paid a premium for.
