In addition to bulk foods (which they still have), they now carry an assortment of toys, clothes, toiletries, gifts, fishing supplies, etc. As in my previous review, this store is owned by an Amish family, and has a lot of Amish style supplies also. They also have chickens and sell fresh eggs for $2.00 /dozen (cheap), but they sell out fast. Cheers!!!

We were headed to Pittsburgh and wanted to top off the tank. From my phone's map app it looked close to US 30, like a hypotenuse going north and east. It wasn't. Upon arrival I could see that surprisingly Costco gas was NOT cheaper than most of the stations in the area. We picked up a couple of things, one of which we couldnt find and needed help. What's not to love about Wegmans?! I come here basically every time I'm in Erie because I miss the…read morechain and this is the closest location to my home in the Pittsburgh area. This location has a lot of great features. The cafe area has pizza, sushi, subs, salads, soups all ready to eat or made to order. They also have a large selection of pre-packaged items that can be eaten in or taken home to enjoy. The cafe space is clean and well maintained with a variety of seating options (including a small kids table area which is fun if you bring little ones). The parking lot is well lit and well maintained and has plenty of accessible spaces (including some marked for those that are pregnant or with small children). There is an amazing bakery with a wide variety of freshly baked goods, a large wine and beer selection, more varieties of cheese than you ever knew existed and tons of great meats and seafoods. The standard grocery store area of the store is well stocked, well marked and it is easy to find what you are looking for. They have a lot of their own branded products and they are affordably priced with a nice variety. Some of my favorites are their cereals and their sparkling waters. There are ample cashiers available and they are always courteous and efficient. Whether you are looking for a specialty item or just doing your weekly shopping, this Wegmans is wonderful.
