What used to be a cute, organized, and friendly place to shop has become unkept and never has the selection that it used to. The service aspect has changed so much under this new manager, it seems they do not understand what it means to run a business. The last few times I have been in here, there has only been one employee working! Today I finally asked what is going on because she was running around trying to help five different customers at once! Apparently, their manager is only scheduling one person to run the store because she doesn't want to pay anyone, and the manager can't be bothered to show up and run her own store! I feel so bad for these employees who obviously get zero help from their manager and are expected to run the store by themselves. It is really sad to see a great boutique turned into a mess because of one manager who is incredibly selfish and careless. Really unfortunate, and I will never shop here in the future ever again.

Today one of my friends texted me alerting me that Francesca's at Dana Park was having a 60% off…read moresale and she scored 6 Volcano candles in case I was interested knowing how much I love volcano candles. I leave my house instantly to go buy the remaining 3 Volcano candles.. The employee sees that I'm holding them and says the candles aren't included in the sale. I ask her where it says that there are exclusions to the sale on the signs posted throughout the entire store. She replies that corporate didn't send those signs with exclusions. I explain that my friend had just bought 6 candles and received the 60% off discount. Later I found out that my friend had asked if the volcano candles were included in the sale and the employee said yes they were. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said she was one of the managers and her boss was unavailable. The employee said her name was Jessie. Francesca's should have made things right and honored the 60% off the entire boutique as their signage advertised instead of being selective on what is on sale and what isn't, it almost seemed like Jessie wanted the remaining candles for herself instead of selling them to a paying customer.

I was very picky about what I brought in, only the best brands, clean, and on hangers. (They give the hangers right back to you, but it helps them to go through your items.) While they were looking at my things, I was able to shop a bit and they really have a great selection of upscale brands and some even have the tags on them. Don't miss the purse section!
