After searching finally found the bra I wanted in my size, I was thrilled! As I was approaching the register to pay, the girl had just applied lotion on her hands and I was watching her touch my bar as she scanned it, I should have looked in the bag or said something because when I got home it was stained , oil , lotion and all... now if I wash it and stains won't come off I can't return it b/c its washed! A few years back, I signed up as an online buyer, and I occasionally receive notifications about their merchandise on sale. During this recent shopping trip, I was lucky to find big discounts on some of my favorite lingerie pieces, which is truly a value for your money. Of course, I couldn't leave the store empty-handed. I purchased lingerie, fragrances, and body scrubs for my weekly self-pampering shower routine. I also bought some items as gifts for my family, relatives, and friends. Hate leaving bad reviews but this location sucks. I've had a few bad experiences here, this time they wouldn't offer any sort of an exchange for my unworn item. Didn't give me any explanation, just said there was nothing they could do. The employee was pretty nice and was trying to work with me but whoever was managing that day was very dismissive and unhelpful and made her not give me an exchange. If I could give this VS no stars I would. The customer service was absolutely terrible! I found a pair of swimsuit bottoms and asked the employee if they had any in the back or if this is all they have out, she didn't even turn her head to look at me and all she did was nod her head....like okay thanks that's a huge help! She was also the one who ended up ringing my mom and me up at the end. She was rude and it was almost like she was annoyed to be ringing us up! Like I'm so sorry to disturb you at your job. Heaven forbid I want to make a purchase. We had two coupons we wanted to use and she stated we couldn't stack coupons. So we told her to split the transaction and she said "It's your move I don't know what you want to do" and threw her hands up. Like girl, just split the transactions and use the coupons separately it's not that difficult. Get a better attitude or quit your job if you're that unhappy to help people. read more

If I could rate this a zero I would. After waiting behind ONE family for 15 minutes, we finally got up to pay and were told we had some free items, we went back to grab them, gone maybe 30 seconds, in this time she had taken ANOTHER FAMILY. We proceeded to wait another 10-15 minutes and then told we couldn't use our coupon that clearly said online we could use it. After bringing out the manager and expressing this complaint her only response was "okay". We left right after. Horrible costumer service. read more

I came here to get re-sized. I had a young girl help me out and she measured me and after doing her fancy shmancy bra math she came to the conclusion that I was an A cup. Errr. Wrong. I couldn't get both cups in an A cup bra to cover one of my boobs. I laugh and inform her that she is mistaken and to try again. I even told her what I was and now what I think I am. She proceeds to argue with me as if I have no knowledge about boobs. I wanted to tell her that I have about 10 years more boob experience than she does, but I felt like I was getting nowhere. Finally, she grew a brain and asked her manager to help her. The manager came over and before she even measured me she told me what size she thought I was (from just a glance) and she was spot on. I bought a couple of bras, but never again will I ask them for size help. Maybe if they put them through some type of boob training course, but I'd have to see the diplomas on the wall. read more

I came here yesterday because I needed a swimsuit and I tend to like the one's Victoria's Secret has over some of the other stores. It's a very large one compared to a lot of other ones I've been to so I liked having a bigger selection of everything. All the girls in the main area were very friendly and kept making sure that I didn't need help or have any questions. The selection of swimsuits wasn't amazing, but it's the end of March, I was just happy they had anything. I found one that I liked and wanted to try on so I went over to the dressing room area and stood there with the swimsuit on the hanger while two employees chit chatted back and forth. One of them finally notices me and says the other one will help me. She then walks over to a room and asks if I wanted to get sized. I told her that I had just had it done a week before so I didn't need it (not to mention that I was trying on a swimsuit not a bra so i don't see why she even bothered asking). Now I figured that saying that I had already been sized would get her to just hurry up and get me into a room but no. She then asked what size I had been measured at. Um, I don't really see the need for you to have that but whatever. Then she asked my name and how to spell it. Now I know that none of this really seems like a problem, but when the girl is being rude while asking you personal questions like that, it kind of puts you in a bad mood. So at that point I just wanted to get into the room, make sure the suit fit and get out of there. I probably would have stayed longer and bought something else but that girl was just too pushy and did not put me in the mood to shop. read more

This Victoria's Secret is easily the worst VS in the East Valley if not in Arizona in general. Every time you go, you can expect to be ignored and never approached when you need help. The stock is extremely picked over half of the time. If you can't find your size out on the floor, the employees here won't do more than say "if you can't find it we don't have it" rather than checking the floor, checking the back, or offering to check online. I also called this Victoria's Secret to see if they had an item I wanted. I specifically said on the phone "I'm looking for the VS Pink camo boyfriend pants". The girl on the phone went and checked and said they had it and held it for me. I decided to go to another VS in Tempe first (that I detailed in another Yelp review) because they had the exact size I wanted, but they screwed up at VS Tempe and didn't have it like they said they did so I ended up here to pick up my held item. Surprise surprise, the same exact issue I had at VS Tempe came up here. This VS store also held the wrong item. I specifically said "camo boyfriend pants" and they also only had the camo skinny joggers which is not even close to the same thing. When I told the girl I was going to checkout with that this is the wrong item and not the boyfriend pants I asked for on the phone, she really didn't care. Her response? "I'm not the one who held the item or talked to you on the phone." Wow, super helpful. She did not offer to check the floor for me, she did not offer to check the back for me, and she didn't even offer to order it online or even check for it online for me. She just stood there like "oh well" silently and didn't offer me any help or apologies, nor did she try to get the person who took the call and messed up or even a manager. The customer service was atrocious and she only said something when I shook my head and walked out. But seriously, the service here is notoriously horrible and this VS has the worst employees I've ever seen. I do not at all recommend this place. Go to literally any other VS and you'll be better off. read more

We came to this store today and I did not make a purchase. I wanted to, but was unable to. This was the first time I have gone into a Victoria's Secret and not been approached by an employee or been able to find an employee. We did walk around for about 15-20 minutes looking around for help no one on the floor or in the dressing room. The only employee was at a register. Awful service. Will not be back. read more

I shop at this Victoria's Secret at least twice a month and the other day while there I had an employee say they don't carry plus sizes. I just recently had a baby and am trying to get back to my prepregnacy size. I don't appreciate the rude comments from the workers. read more

Horrible service. The girl in the dressing room was sweet to me but otherwise was treated as if I was a thief. I came in to exchange a bra which I spend thousands and thousands of dollars at the store and I had worked there previously. The girl at the counter told me you can exchange this job for this one. But this broad is a nice surprise in the one you had bought. She made me feel so little and was so very rude they followed me around like I was a puppy and insisted that they look in my purse. I wish the girl at the counter would have gotten fired I do not appreciate being respected in such a manner I did nothing wrong and you be treated that way it was very horrible read more

Definitely not pleased with the customer service when I went in there. I work in that mall at Bath and Body Works, so I get an employee discount. I checked out 10 minutes or so before close, so it wasn't busy, and I got employeeS (more than one!) were rolling their eyes and complaining about applying my discount. Like, are you kidding me? That's freakin ridiculous. I was NOT happy at all. I'll take the drive down to Santan mall next time I want to go shopping at a Victoria's Secret. read more

Maybe I'm a bit old-fashioned (I'm only 32 though) but I have an issue with men working in a women's lingerie store. It bothers me that a man, with a column-shaped body, thinks he knows more about my body than I do because he went through some retail employee training day. It makes me uncomfortable when I see men (no, it does not make me feel better if they are gay, straight or otherwise) folding women's bras and panties and then handing said articles to me to try on in the dressing room. Furthermore, it is one thing to handle women's lingerie. It is another to be rude and condescending toward female customers who are trying to buy female clothing articles from male salesmen. Whoever came up with the idea of hiring men at Victoria's Secret was a moron. The next time I walk into one of these stores and see a man working there, I'm walking right back out the door! It won't be a huge loss, either. The quality of VS's $50 bras has noticeably decreased in the last 5-7 years. I'd probably get a better product at Dillard's or Nordstrom, minus the 'street walker' reputation, anyway. read more
