Firstly, the staff is encouraged to care about the costumers and help them with whatever they need. The managers are passionate about their jobs to advance the store. You don't feel like this is a stereotypical retail store, I truly felt like it was different. I got a rewards card and was happy with the returns. Ill be returning again often. read more

Biglots is great they have great prices at a low rate the employees are nice and you get good stuff

Lots of renovations going on at this store. Many products are moved and the shelves are messy. There are also a lot of holes in the floor tile and if you are not looking down then you could trip, just an fyi. The workers are helpful with finding products and seem to be nice. Big Lots sells a lot of different foods but be sure to check the date as some foods can be old and stale. All in all, this Big Lots is so-so. read more

I love Big Lots; however, this one felt dirty and the shelves were not in good shape. Almost the whole store looked disheveled, and the floors were in dire need of a good mopping. Also, the ladies' restroom was in serious need of a thorough cleaning! The toilets were disgusting and the floor was littered with toilet paper and hand towels. read more

today.. january--2nd--2012,,, just a half hour ago.. itook my reciept and items to return that i bought on 12--31--2011.. but also there were 15-items on the reciept that i didn't get and was over charged 38 dollars and some change... the ..(( woman )).. manager said she couldn't pay me bak for the items that were added onto my reciept becuz her video person had to look at the tape to see if the cashier did the overcharge,, and that it wouldn't get done today..so i returned 80 somthing worth of return items and now i have to wait for them to verify the overcharge before they can pay me bak...she was a bitch, and acused me of having something to do with the overcharge... i was very mad.. but held my dignity..but i am reprting her to the corperate office and she will be looking for another freekin job!!! and i will sue the store and her .... this is the third time i have ben over charged there, and i spend close to 200. dollars wen i do my monthly shopping there...now i can't trust them to treat me with any kind of respect... she pretty much accused me of some kind of criminal activity... and i am pissed as hell at her... !!! read more
