The worst part is the check out registers. Now, there is usually only one register open (instead of two or three), and a line of 6 or more customers waiting in line to pay for their merchandise. Most of the employees have been there for a long time, and all but one exibit the "I hate my job" vibe. The one that doesn't (yet) is the one that is the newest member of their staff. I used to shop there at least once a week, or at least every other week. Now I go a month or two between visits, and absolutely dread it when I have to check out.

I was told men's clothes (which I will mention was emphasized) and summer clothes. I came in today with items the worker had just described to me as needed (including Lulu Lemon, Urban Outfitters, and other "on trend" brands). They took 3 men's shirts that my boyfriend destroyed. I honestly was thinking those would be passed on. The other 4 bags worth of clothes I was told were "too worn" or "not what they're looking for". After leaving, I noticed my clothes were still folded the way I had before bringing them in. Not to mention they mixed up my bags with my mother's bags and told me that "ya that happens". Screw this place.

The employee was the overweight man with the long gray hair. And this isn't the first time I've heard him talk rudely/use a disgusting attitude towards customers.

He clearly knew his stuff, and watching him assist some new modelers with simple, direct answers without an up-sell attached was refreshing. There is a dearth of good full-service hobby shops these days, and yet this one manages to rise above. I highly recommend it.
